Harrison watches the ball leave Brees' hand and then lowers his head. He had plenty of time stop without even moving out of the way. In fact, he had to re-adjust the angle in which he was heading just to hit Brees. His eyes are looking right at Brees when the ball leaves his hands. Harrison could've easily avoided the hit and a fine but he's too stupid to think that way. In his mind, football is nothing more than a legal way to hurt people.
