2. Ohio State [119-32, .788] – Clearly the class of the Big Ten
3. Oklahoma [122-35, .777] – Bob Stoops has 8 seasons of 10+ wins or more in his 11 seasons at OU.
4. Florida [119-36, .768] – One of just two teams with two BCS championships
5. Virginia Tech [119-36, .768] – Has not had a season at or below .500 in the BCS era

7. Mississippi State [60-83, .419] – Dan Muellen is turning the program around.
8. Syracuse [61-82, .426] – New coach Doug Marrone has more wins in 2 years than his replacement had his whole tenure.
9. Iowa State [62-83, .427] – They beat Texas this year.
