I don't know why you keep posting this. It was quite the opposite actually. Suh repeatedly abused Hardman and had one of his better games of the season against Tampa. The only positive thing Hardman did all game against Suh was keep him from recording a sack.

Anyway, I'm going to take this space to say yet again that the stat sheet for D-linemen needs to be changed. It should read like this:

Number of snaps played
Quarterback Disruptions
Run Tackles
Pass Tackles
Interceptions
Deflections
Forced Fumbles
Fumble Recoveries
Safeties

Then people would stop saying stupid things and using sack numbers to back them up.

Hmm? I think the biggest change between last year's open gate defense to this year's average/mediocre defense has been the dominance of Suh. He's singlehandedly shut down several drives, and because he's always double/triple teamed the rest of our DL has played better too. Interior pass rush is the biggest disruptive force to an offense.

# of blockers per play would mean a lot too.
