Nigel Bradham. He's been a nice player, but hasn't made the impact everyone thought he would.

Mike Adams has had a up and down career for the Buckeyes.
Though Etienne Sabino would have done more by now

Me too. I thought he'd be all-Big 10 by now.
As for Michigan, pick a highly-rated recruit and they are probably a disappointment with a few exceptions.

Sabino will start in 2011 and 2012. We'll see how good he is then I suppose. Definitely under the "underachiever" list so far. They've said great things about him this year in practice.
Mike Adams was 1st team all big ten according to the coaches and the media as a junior. Not an underachiever anymore.

Brandon Barnes was a highly rated ATH who played in the UA All America game and had offers from USC, Florida, Auburn, Michigan, etc
Most wanted him at Safety, he came to NC State to play RB. He's been injured some but mostly just sucks. A guy who went to his high school said he was the 3rd best RB on their team. He's currently about 7th on our depth chart and didnt carry the ball once all year

Since Bradham has been said, I'll add DB Terrance Parks. At the UA game he had a tremendous week against A.J. Green in practice then a good game against Julio Jones. Considering where they are now and that FSU fans are generally hoping Karlos Williams replaces him in the lineup and you have a disappointing prospect. Right behind him would Karlos' brother Vince who hasn't done much at FSU and will likely never become a starter.

And both are gone, people fail to realize what a TE means for a college offense. I think Izbicki was the bigger dissapointment, he was terrible.

LB D'onta Hightower was supposed to be the successor to McClain in the middle in Bama's stellar defense, but when they moved him inside he couldn't shed the blockers & display the agility he had in 09 before the knee injury in the Arkansas game that got him the medical RS for the season.
Back at OLB Hightower wasn't the same from the injury, drew new assignments in coverage at which he was OK but just OK, nothing special. Courtney Upshaw was the designated LB they blitzed & was outstanding in their thrashing of Michigan St.
With a sorta/kinda ho-hum yr. at LB, Hightower might benefit by staying for his final eligible yr. in 2011 since his draft status has dropped him out of the early rds.

He's staying, gets a 2nd shot at impressing NFL scouts.

For West Virginia...
Josh Jenkins - 5 star guard with offers from Ohio State, Michigan, Penn State, etc. Average at best.
Right after Stewart took over he got commitments from a 5 star QB (Tajh Boyd), 5 star WR (Logan Heastie) and 4 star Dom Davenport all from the same area of Virginia. Boyd to Heastie looked like it was going to be a super combo for years to come...Boyd never ended up here and Heastie and Davenport each flamed out to FCS schools.

Syracuse fans were so broken up over losing Oku to Tennessee too. Maybe he made the wrong choice.
