Got Diablo II to work again.

Random question, but what do the keys that monsters drop do? I have a million in my inventory, and I have no idea what they're for.

They open locked chests... You can find them periodically around.

I got a torrent for D2, but for the life of me I cant figure out how to get it to work.

Im getting pissed and am about to spend $40 on Diablo 2(and LOD xpack) just because I cant get this stupid torrent version I downloaded to work. ugghhhh!

$40? Really? It was $20 not long ago. Blizz taking advantage of the D3 anticipation.

Yeah they only sell it in a "battle chest" its got the original, Diablo 2 and the LOD xpack. $39.99

Any any updated news on The Old Republic .I wish I had a computer or could build one for that game .Looks awesome .

They briefly lowered all of their game prices, ie WoW was $5, BC was $5, WotLK was $10, Diablo battlechest was $20. But then they raised them back. It's really a pain in the ******* ass. An old game like Diablo for $40? $100 to get all the WoW games through Cata (and they're all required for the next.)

Diablo you'd think they'd want to lower the price, get people to buy it as hype for Diablo 3 (which not many will do for $40) and WoW you'd think they'd bundle the first 3 inexpensively as they still make hundreds of millions a month from subscription + cata sales.

The good news is.. I got called out last night by my lady just as I was about to buy WoW. Spent a decent amount at the bar and simply can't justify spending $$$ on it now. Plus I'm far more optimistic about the dating situation now and women >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> video games for me.

No significant updates lately.. some lore/timeline stuff though. Interesting updates for sure but nothing MEATY lately.

No, the battlechest was $20. They did it the week of "cyber monday" and then changed it back.

Bioware, Blizzard and Sports Interactive are all on another level as game makers. They refuse to be rushed with releasing their products and all support them strongly after release as well. I really wish that all game producers took the same approach as they do.

Vidae is right, this isn't some **** hole developer like SOE. Bioware is one of the industries best. I'd argue they may be better than Blizzard from a developer standpoint as unlike Blizzard they continue to bring original IPs while Blizzard rehashes their old series endlessly.

Granted, I love Blizzard and am glad for their sequels, but I rate companies like Bioware and Valve slightly above them.

All Games that Bioware were part of that are Terriable Games i have played

Everybody says Bioware is amazing because they took Star Wars KOR and made 2 same games like it in Mass Effect and Jade Empire. They have yet to make a MMO that has impressed me in anyway. Blizzard will still be the King of MMO

Many people consider those two games the pinnacle of RPGs. Myself included. The rest I agree with, but you just used two all-time great games against Bioware.

Bioware had nothing to do with Warhammer, that was Mythic. Bioware had nothing to do with Dark Age of Camelot or Ultima Online either. EA is NOT Bioware.

Bioware has never made an MMO before. This will be their first. And it will be the best.

The only reason i did not like Star Wars KOR 2 because they basically took the same concept in the 1st one and did not add really anything to the 2nd one and the storyline sucked dick. In gernal i was just not a fan of Balders Gate. I like Elder Scrolls more then Balders Gate.
