Congrats to Drew. Not really a big surprise, imo, as he was the face of the Patriots franchise at a critical point in the team's history. Specifically, the point where the Kraft family took over and took the Patriots from perennial doormat to consistent contender.
I still believe he is underrated/undervalued among NFL aficionados. A cannon arm attached to a guy who held the ball a little too long on most plays . . . sounds more familiar now than it did back then.
It's great to see him win in a landslide. He deserved to it. He was a great player for us at a critical time in the team's history.
