12-16 team keeper/dynasty pay league

i'd like to start a keeper league this year with anywhere from 12 to 16 teams, preferably with an entry fee around $15, winner take all. flyingelvis showed me a good site to keep the payout safe during the season, where nobody has access to the money until we have a champion. you can check it out here. it seems like most people prefer to use yahoo for fantasy leagues, so i'll work on setting it up there.

-definitely ppr
-kick return pts go to individual players (50 yds/pt, 6 pt td)
-everything else standard

roster format
if we get 12: qb, rb, rb, rb/wr, wr, wr, te, d/st, k
if we get 14 or 16: qb, rb, rb/wr, wr, wr, te, d/st, k
