and I know that all the early season rankings are all very debatable and that it's silly to have polls before we know anything about teams, but I think LSU deserves their ranking at #2 ahead of Alabama. What has Alabama done to earn a #2 ranking after losing McElroy, Ingram, Dareus, Carpenter, and Jones from last year - a year that they lost 3 games?

Return a defense loaded with first-round prospects, still have a great RB in Richardson and one of the top OL's in football....(plus all the other SEC teams with ????)
