Yeah. By the time he gets acclimated AJ will be back. Unless you're in a ridiculously deep league, I'd pass.

should i pick him up and drop brandon gibson? i'm kind of in a bye week pickle against a big matchup and i have schaub. if mason for any reason comes up big (against the ravens, his old team? i could see it), i basically get double points.
edit: actually, who makes the better pickup between mason and kerley? kerley now has slot duties in a jets offense that hasn't really run the ball like we're used to seeing

I was offered this trade....
I Receive: Mark Ingram, Rob Grankowski, Brandon Marshall
He Receives: Peyton Hillis
I'm thinking about it, but it would really hurt my running back situation. I'd have Ingram or Stewart as my number 2 running back behind Chris Johnson.
I offered Chris Johnson, Dez Bryant, Ryan Grant, Mike Thomas for Blount, Maclin and Steven Jackson. Not sure if that's fair, but I'm hoping the guy bites.
If he accepts that, which he probably won't then the Hillis trade looks better for me.
QB- Matt Stafford
HB- Steven Jackson
HB- Legarrate Blount
WR- Jeremy Maclin
WR- AJ Green
Flex- Peyton Hillis
TE- Greg Olsen
Bench: Julio Jones, Jonathan Stewart, Delone Carter, Antonio Brown, Lance Kendricks, Matt Hasslebeck

I'd go with the younger guy with the better matchup. Mason can't possibly become a target hog in half a week learning a new offense.

Pretty even at the flex with a major upgrade at WR3. Gates hangin' out as a potential late season play . . . yep, I'd say that's an improvement.
On it's surface, it looks like you cornholed somebody big time with a deal of VJax / Gronk for Nicks / Green / Wells. What was the actual trade? I assume it wasn't a six-for-six (12 player) deal.

I don't like that Hillis trade for you, especially if you have Olsen already. Gronk has completely disappeared the last two weeks and that's more than a bit troubling. That other trade doesn't look good for your trade partner.

Little & Moore. Pitt D at home vs. Gabbert . . . no thanks.

Sort of a similar question, should I start Best or Hillis this week? I was leaning towards Best since Hillis just hasn't really done much this season.

Best is a major boom or bust player and he faces one of the best rush Ds in the league in San Fran. They haven't allowed a rushing TD yet this season, and I don't see Best being the first.
I'd play Hillis with confidence. Oakland is not strong vs. the run.

I had a similar decision and choose Washington. A bye week + the Iggles high turnover rate tipped the scales. Detroit looks like the real deal and they're doing a great job protecting the ball.
+7 vs. -10 is tough to ignore.

I offered this trade to someone....
He receives: Chris Johnson, Mike Thomas, Ryan Grant, Dez Bryant
I receive: Legaratte Blount, Steven Jackson, Jeremy Maclin
Good trade for me or no?
I was also offered Aj Green for Roddy White.....call me crazy but I'm actually thinking about doing it, green has been pretty consistant this season so far.

I need a WR this week, so I'm going to add Branch. But I'm having an issue of who to drop...
Jackie Battle
Brandon Lloyd
Sidney Rice
Whoever I drop will definitely be picked up. I'm not relying on any of these guys, but I don't want to drop someone who may pick up some trade value.

had 4 starters in a must win week having their bye week all of them replaced fine except larry fitz i had to pick up heyward bey off waiver wire hoping he has another decent game against cleveland
my division is the top 3 teams in the league which sucks because im competing for wildcard now with the guy in 2nd place in my league only ahead by a little and I'm playing him this week

So I'm in a keeper, money league and right now were having some issues with trades. Everyone is bitching about trades and vetoing everything right now because basically a few kids who are doing poorly are offering their best players for next year picks or keepers, and since it's a money league everyone keeps vetoing and the people involved are getting pissed off etc. Anyone have any solutions to this? My point of view is that we shouldn't let people in the top four or six be getting first round pick players for bargain prices because some kids season is tanking.

Not a bad idea. The upside is all on Carter. Tolbert is clearly taking a backseat and looks like the 3rd down back. He still has value but his only real upside is injury to Mathews. I really don't like Best vs. the 49ers, but I'd roll with him anyway since he's one of the two full time RBs you have. Best / Jones / Starks - though Carter as a long shot instead of Starks is understandable. The Rams are just awful though, and Starks is definitely the best matchup.

I'd hate to sit Williams in a game that should be a shootout, but the Bucs can't seem to get anything going.

Good trade for you. Two good RBs for one and Maclin will come back strong, I think.
