People need to understand that season one was only 6 episodes so of course it was a faster pace.

I don't think that matters. I think they could have made this season just as fast-paced, just with a longer season. People would love it. As-is, they're just wasting time because they put almost no effort into the plot or story.

It's painfully mediocre, it was ok last season and thus far has been pretty laughable this season. In regards to last episode I thought it was better than the first two, and was happy to see them continue with this dark path of Shane from last season. People watch the show for the concept of zombies because everyone ******* loves zombies, it has very little to do with the story telling, or the characters.

Yeah, it actually definitely has been. We watch it anyway. Acting: terrible, plot: terrible, pacing: terrible, characters: mostly terrible (save for Darryl and now Shane)... We don't give a **** about any of the characters aside from Darryl. That's kind of an issue if you have a zombie survival show. You're pretty much basing everything you do with the show based off of the audience having an attachment to the characters and caring whether they live or die.

Also and this. I 100% would be fine with any single character getting killed off or eaten on this show. I really couldn't care any less about any of these characters. Shane doing what he did last episode is like the first smart thing weve seen all season from these people.

I actually like Shane because I think, of all the characters, he's the one with the most interesting situation.

I will definitely continue to do so. I like the show, but it's bad. Hope it gets better, but my hopes are low... Really just hoping it becomes entertainingly bad if nothing else.

The thread was created to talk about the show, thats what were doing. If anything Splat, you seem to be in the minority on this board at least with saying that the show is better than ok. It's not one of the better shows on television right now. It's perfectly fine to express our frustration with a show that has so much potential and does nothing with it. Its fine that you think otherwise, just as its fine that we think it's pretty bad.

As I've mentioned before, this show is entertaining.

I think the frustration is that it could be significantly better.

In fairness to the show, the show's top guy, Darabont, left the show during production. I still enjoy it, and my only beefs are that the Sophia being in the woods plot is dragging too long, and that if T-Dog is a poor subsitutue for Tyreese from the comics. Beyond that I understand the show is going to be lacking in zombie killing every episode because that would get boring after a while. Zombies are complex villains, so a tv show in the zombie apocalypse after that would have to be something that spends most of its time on the human characters.

Sorry but in fairness to the show we need a ******** more zombie deaths. Can anyone remember the last one before Otis? None in the premiere, right? none in the finale. episode before the finale was their arrival at the CDC....this is BS. They have all these useless characters walking around clearly being saved for 'event' deaths that frankly should be getting knocked off on the regular.

**** the BS this show is a lot of fun but it's disappointing because it refuses to pull out all the stops.
