[homer]2006 Indianapolis Colts[/homer]
My vote would go to the 85 Bears or the 89 49ers.

Okay, so you post a link to a site saying that the 1978 Steelers were the best team ever. You are obviously a Steelers fan (more power to you). When people call you a homer and propose other teams that could be better, you call everyone here "homers and homos" because we're all stating facts. After all of that, you go on to say that you were right and reiterate your original point. Well done!
I actually believe that the 1978 Steelers were one of the greatest teams in history. However, it is a matter of different eras and different times. The Steelers teams were amazing back then, but how can you be sure that the 1990's Dallas teams couldn't beat them? How can you definitively say that the 1988 49ers couldn't beat them? What about the 1985 Giants or 1986 Bears? What about the Jonny Unitis-led Colts? There are a ton of great teams and coaches throughout NFL history. It is very difficult to absolutely believe that one is so much better than the others.

Not sure, but definitely not the freaking '85 Bears. Talk about over-rated. F*** "Da Bears."

I know this is way off topic, but last year Buddy Ryan sold his Eagles 46 playbook on Ebay.
It only went for 200 bucks....I shouldve bought it. Damn, now I feel stupid.

Ha. I hear Norman Braman bought it, then sold it to Jeff Lurie for 25 cents on the dollar...

I wouldn't be surprised if in turn, Billy King traded Iguodala for the playbook and a signed Eagles Cunningham jersey.

Hey, don't mess with Randall. Back in the day, he was the toast of Philly. He didn't get 1/3 of the crap that Donovan has taken, and he was a vastly worse performer, especially in clutch situations.

It was more of a stab at Billy King. That man is an idiot.

We can absolutely agree on that. It would've been funnier if you had said, "Billy King bought the playbook, signed it to a 5-year, $46mm deal, then immediately bought it out for $48mm." That would have been better.

Lol, thats much better than what I said. Let's add a wrinkle to it and say that after King bought it out, Isiah signed it to 75 million dollar deal to play point guard.

Done and done! I'm glad we were able to decide this very important issue so quickly.
