It's not. Been to the Oviatt library a billion times. They got study rooms as soon as you get off the escalators on three different levels (probably all taken up though, they usually are if you don't get there early). With that being said, if they were too noisy, she should've walked her ass to another part of the library instead of causing a scene which doesn't help ****. You don't fight fire with fire and expect things to be extinguished.
