He has my vote. He rebuilt an 0-16 team and has brought it to the playoffs in a relative short time, faster than even I thought possible.

Yes. Rebuilding Detroit from 0-16 to a deadly 10-5(hopefully 11-5) playoff team deserves recognition. Yes, a few of his picks haven't worked out, but his direction that he's given this team has been perfect. Him and Schwartz deserve a lot of credit for completely changing a culture of whining and losing to beasting and winning.

Yeah Mayhew should win. Durant,Tulloch,Wright,Titus Young(injuries to Fairley/LeShoure) plus his work in 2009 draft and 2010 free agency and draft coming to fruition should do it. Plus his plan of consistency across the board is paying off big time.

As much as I think Mayhew deserves to win, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see the 49ers take it on the strength of hiring Harbaugh and drafting Aldon Smith. We're not getting much love.
