Bucs should hire Marty Schottenheimer

I'm telling you very time I'm thinking about a new HC I end up with this guy. He will TEACH these kids how to play hard nose tough as nails work ethic football.

You know two things the day after we hire this guy

1. We will be top 5 in rushing in the NFL
2. We will be top 5 in not turning the ball over

I'd be all for it to be honest. I don't care who we get, as long as they have a ton of experience in the NFL. We need a guy who has been there and done it all before as far as coaching a team goes.

Marty is a great coach.
Remember, Tony Dungy and Bill Cowher choked all the time too.
Until their team finally, ONCE, didn't.

The Chargers had their year, but Marlon Idiot McCree ruined it all in the playoff game when he had the game-clinching interception gift from Tom Brady with seconds left, but he went ghetto and felt he had to flee with the ball and get away.... only to be stripped, lose the ball, and give Adam Vinitiri a chance to steal the game, end the season, and ruin Marty's career in San Diego as they were the 14-2 #1 seed that year.

Marty has gotten a bad rap.
Dungy and Cowher failed many many times before their one magical season.

I'd gladly exchange our current season for one where we choke in the playoffs.

Agreed.

We need a coach that can build the team like Dungy did. I couldn't care less about a coach's playoff record right now. It means nothing when your current team isn't even capable of qualifying for the postseason.
