The 2013 Recruiting Thread
Why not go ahead and get this started? 2012 signing day is only a few weeks away.
Anyways, Tennessee got its third 2013 commitment today with Florida corner Mackensie Alexander. Already had a lot of good offers.

Can't wait 3 weeks? haha, that's when we usually start this puppy.
anyways....guys I expect Ohio State to sign next year:
Jalin Marshall -WR/RB (5 star, national top 10 type talent from Ohio. Percy Harvin type)
Cameron Burrows-CB/S (another sure 5 star)
Eli Woodard-CB (Army AA from Jersey)
Caleb Day-CB (Hilliard, Oh, elite speed and athleticism)
Billy Price-DT (Youngstown, Oh - draws John Simon comparisons)
Malike Zaire-QB (Kettering, Oh)
Michael McCray-LB (Trotwood, Oh)
maybe:
Jaylon Smith-LB (will go to OSU unless his brother Rod transfers)
Derrick Green-RB (it's early, but I like our chances)
Shelton Gibson-WR (from Cleveland Heights, loves Auburn, will be a battle)
Dymonte Thomas-S (will be a battle between his current verbal choice Michigan, and OSU where his close cousin Brionte Dunn is attending)

auburns off to a solid start with 3 highly regarded recruits..
jayron kearse, ath, 6-4 200~ (fort myers, fl). jevon kearse' nephew, hes a freak. plays qb right now but wants to be a wr. he still seems pretty soft into his commitment though so whatever.
trey johnson, lb, 6-1 215 (lawerenceville, ga). sideline to sideline backer. feel confident he sticks with AU.
dee liner, dt, 6-4 255 (muscle shoals, al). alabamas #1 prospect. amazing dl prospect (whose name is frickin dee liner.) have a feeling he'll end up at alabama just cause.
and then the rest is just a cluster **** to come. hopin we can pull gibson from ohio.

Sabian Holmes changed his commitment from Baylor to A&M, so here's hoping 2013 QB Kenny Hill follows. He did just win the TX 5A division II championship (biggest division).

Alabama will most likely end up with the Top Two Players in the Country for 2013 in Reuben Foster and Robert Nkemdiche.

TE Adam Brennman is looking REAL good for PSU early on. He loves how Bill O'Brien uses his tight ends.

I saw Michael Hutchings play last year, he's an animal. I hear he was really interested in Tennessee until Wilcox left to UW.

Have one recruit committed already in Kenny Bigelow who is a early 5* D tackle from Deleware.
Could see us landing a guy like Riley Sorenson who is a 4* OT
Gonna go hard after John Lopez an OG
Michael Hutchings 5* OLB from De La Salle will be high on our priorities.
Hatari Byrd, and Su'a Cravens who are both safeties are early targets
Gonna be an interesting couple recruiting seasons with the scholarship reductions for SC. I expect them to go hard after the trenches.

I'm not 100% on this, but one would think Mike Heuerman would be a Buckeye lock if/when they offer. His dad is from Akron (went to high school with my dad btw at Firestone High) and his big brother is a Buckeye who played as a freshman this year and looked pretty good, currently is the backup TE to Jake Stoneburner. Oddly enough their dad went to school at Michigan and I think he's a lawyer now.

We'll be fighting for you for Olsen the whole way even though it would be a bit of a surprise if he went here. We have a good relationship established with him and his dad already.

Yep. Him and Fisch talk regularly and they have a great relationship. It's early but it's looking really good at the moment.

Vols picked up a couple of commitments today from in-state guys. WR Camion Patrick and D-lineman Jason Carr.

Looks like FSU made one helluva an impression on Ryan Green this weekend, said he wanted to commit but doesn't want to be one of those kids who decommits. Parents are big FSU fans, looks good. My understanding is he's either the #1 or #2 RB in Florida for 2012.

So far for 2013 FSU has commitments from:
3/4* OL Austin Golson from Pratville, AL (teammate of 4* DT Justin Shanks). Probably would have been a solid 4* Top 150 player but had a knee injury this season.
4* DL Maquesis Bain from Fort Lauderdale, FL.
4* CB Sojourn Shelton from Plantation, FL.

Dunno about top 2, Florida is stupidly stacked at RB next year, I'd probably have Taylor and Woodley ahead of him, maybe Henry too but I think he ends up at TE. Probably in the group with Bryant, Lane, Collins and Turman.

At QB I am willing to bet FSU pulls some 3* project with a huge upside.
