All of them, that's why they play the All Star Bowl games, have a Combine and pro days. In college, it is very rare for a prospect to play against another player with real pro potential and without the fore mentioned events, you really have little to go on as to their true physical abilities.
Without knowing their real physical abilities, what they do on film has little meaning and you might as well draft from All American teams like they did in the early fifties and prior when they had a tremendous # of flops.

Jamell Fleming I have seen a lot of the last couple of years, and I like him as a prospect. He plays bigger than what he is (5'11" 190) and has some nice coverage skills and is a solid tackler. Nothing jumps out at you, but he has done a good job against some elite Big 12 WR. He has an all-around game and while he will never be a star, chances are good he will be a starter in the league for a while. I'm not too worried about the academic stuff...he's a CB.
Edit: Also, his freshman and sophomore years he was the best special team tackler on the Sooners. This bodes well for his ability to stick around even if he isn't able to start right away. He seems like as safe of a pick as you can get in the 3rd round.

BLAZER!!! Has the ability to take it the distance on a short route such as a hitch or slant. Big time deep threat target, but what he excels on is his PR skills. You give Travis a decent wall and he is gone with the wind. Not a #1 2 or 3 at all on the next level, the route running skills just aren't there. If you take a look back to his Jr. year, he was the cause of Jacory's picks majority of the time.

I need to see more of Lamar Miller because I love what little I have seen, which is the Ohio State game and the Maryland game.
