NFL is a copycat league. How can Newton's success not affect the next highly rated dual threat guy?

I probably wasn't clear. I was speaking more to the fact that I think his overall development is boosting his rise as much as anything to do with Newton. Newton doesn't hurt, but RG3's overall development as a passer is, IMO, the key reason behind his rise and not some sort of desire to throw a running QB back there.
