Urban is going to wreak havoc on the recruiting field this year.

yeah, it's gonna be fun to watch for buckeye fans...not so much for other big ten fans. he's gonna be hard to beat for the #1 class nationally I think.

Eli Woodard-CB............................Army All-American
Caleb Day-CB...............................Speedy, athletic, under the radar stud
Shelton Gibson-WR.......................Is high on Auburn, but I'd be surprised if he doesn't pick OSU. Big time speed.
Robert Foster...............................#1 WR in America, loves OSU, wants to play with Malik Zaire as a package deal
Malike Zaire-QB............................lefty, dual-threat QB
Derrick Green-RB...........................offers from everywhere, grew up and OSU fan and Urban Meyer wants him bad
Billy Price-DT.................................similar to John Simon, undersized DT, but not as good
Courtney Love-LB...........................not Kurt Cobain's gf. from Youngstown Mooney
Ben Gedeon-LB...............................really athletic OLB/TE. notre dame/osu battle.
Evan Lisle-OT..................................top OL in Ohio. Will be offered soon and is a lock.
Maybe we get these guys too, but it's too early to call:
Jaylon Smith-LB............................older brother is RB at OSU.
Dymonte Thomas-S..................super athlete, surefire 5 star safety. Michigan commit, but his close cousin Brionte Dunn is at OSU and there is talk that Urban is gonna get him to flip eventually.....he is currently Urban's #1 target.
DeVeon Smith-RB.......................will be an OSU/MIchigan battle
Michael McCray-LB.....................we should offer soon, if we do, he's our's.
Lovell Peterson-OG/C...................haven't offered yet, lock if we do.
Donovan Munger-DT....................I don't know if we offer him. Too early to tell
Mike Heuerman-TE.....................If we don't get Brenneman, I think we offer him. Sounds like a Buckeye lock if we do offer due to family ties.

Updated from Page 1.
Robert Foster, Jalin Marshall, Dymonte Thomas, and Cameron Burrows are surefire 5 star players that are very gettable for Ohio State - you could call us the favorite for all of them, though Thomas might be 50/50 at worst. Derrick Green and Jaylon Smith might be 5 star players as well (esp. Smith). Foster reminds me of a young Andre Johnson almost.....he and Marshall sound like surefire national top 10 guys.

We'll see. His commitment is sketchy at best. He's committed to us and he's never even been to campus, and his twin brother doesn't even have an offer from us at this point I don't think. Even if you do get a "commitment" from this kid, I wouldn't feel great about it. Seems like he'll be a rollercoaster until signing day next year.

Yea Alexander is gonna be one of the highest recruited kids in the state this year, he's gonna be a NSD guy.
I'm guessing Robert Nkemdiche is gonna be first.

Key, don't get too cocky with Foster. I'm not saying he's not going to chose them, but Pitt is in great position and have a lot of valuable reasons why he'll stay home.

Pitt seemed like the leader early, but they have their work cut out for them. Definitely are a lot of reasons for him to stay, but it's not like Columbus is that far from Monaca either.
as to #1 overall in the 2013 top 100, gotta be Nkemdiche

Fourth straight year a DE will be #1 overall by at least one major service.

USC is going hard after 5* top QB Max Browne. Looks to be a Stanford vs. USC battle.
This kid is Peyton Manning/Andrew Luck talented.

Haha can't say it's that school but I sure wouldn't mind it. Personally I think he stays out your way in the end or somehow falls into that dang Sooner pipeline.

Rivals has Matthew Thomas at #12. Did they not know he was a Miami lean or are they assuming Bama steals him?

Are you seriously implying that recruiting sites discriminate against Miami?

Rivals hates us.
Correction, Mike Farrell hates us, I'm sure not everyone at Rivals hates Miami.

The recruiting sites love Saban. I forget which site said "Popping in Burns(Newest Bama commit) HS tape, I have feeling that his star rating will go up" or something along those lines.

rivals is ridiculously slanted towards the southeast. their midwest people are terrible, they have no clue. the rivals main guys would rather rank southern guys higher as their priority. there is a long story behind this that i will not get into, not only b/c it is long but b/c i forgot most of the details.

Rivals is interesting in looking good. They are parasitic leaches who want people to believe in their ranking system. Saban and the SEC usually make them look good. Miami does not.

It's a joke either way. He would be a five-star no doubt about it if he wasn't a Miami lean. Trust me, they know he's favoring Miami. Only 11 five stars? He's number 12 in the country and he doesn't get a fifth star. They really do hate Miami. It's quite obvious.

You take this image where the highest ranked players are and superimpose it with where the subscriber money comes from, and it's going to be almost exactly the same.
