One thing with Kerrigan is the term 'high motor' gets thrown around with every other D-Line prospect that it's kind of lost it's value when you hear it. But Kerrigan is one of those guys who truly relentless and has enough ability to back it up.

Oh yeah, I thought the Bengals would be serious contenders for the #1 pick.

I thought the Niners would be 6-10 and the Rams would win the NFCW.

Everyone should be in here that thought Tebow would have been a bust this year yet he became a superstar in a new offense for the Broncos.

I read articles about how Moreno had worked on his conditioning in the offseason to improve his speed and explosion. I thought that would be the difference that would make him an effective back in the NFL. Stupid.

I thought Haynesworth and Ocho would be great additions. Nope.
I thought Jermaine Cunningham would at least see the field once in a while.
I thought McCourty would emerge as an elite DB.
I thought Ridley was going to have a huge rookie year.
I thought we wouldn't do anything at all in the playoffs.

The only crow I will eat is that I had the Broncos, 49ers, and Bengals drafting 1,2,3 and they made the playoffs. So uh, yeah that is all I will eat. And I had the Patriots winning the Super Bowl, wasn't too far off.

-I didn't buy the Von Miller pick.
-I thought Nick Fairley should go #1 for a decent part of the draft process.
-I thought there was zero possibility of the Lions passing on Prince Amuk
-I thought the Raiders would make the playoffs.
-Fell into the Eagles hype.
-I thought Ronnie Brown would make an impact
-I didn't see Steve Smith (CAR) having the season he had
-Thought Liuget would only go to a 43 defense
I don't know. There is probably more out there.

I should add Cam Jordan to my list. I thought he was a lock for 8+ sacks as a rookie and he'd be one of the more volatile defensive linemen in the league.

I didn't mind, but i also didn't love the Tyron Smith pick. But watching him this season has proven to me that he has #1 overall pick ability.

Oh jeez, where to start.
1) I've had a run longing debate with Vidae about Sanchez and Stafford. I was on the side of Sanchez. It's clear to me now how much better Stafford really is.
2) I didn't see Von Miller as a high impact guy. I thought the Broncos wasted there pick on an above average "Sometimes a pro-bowler" type player.
3) I was sold on the Rams winning that division.
4) I thought Matt Ryan was going to take a step forwards towards the "elite" category of NFL QB's. (I actually still think this one will come true one day, I <3 Matt).
5) I was pretty certain that the Bengals could beat the Steelers the second time around. As it turned out, the Steelers not only beat the Bengals, they CRUSHED them.
there's a lot more, but I'll leave at that for sake of my ego.

Only thing I can think of that was definitely proven wrong this year was I thought Freeman was gonna jump into the top 5-8 QB discussion with the likes of Romo and Eli.

1. I said Atlanta would be a 7-9/8-8 team.
2. I thought the 49ers made a mistake passing on Robert Quinn
3. I thought Tyron Smith would be a bust
4. I thought Tampa would be a good team
5. I thought Nmandi would be much better than he is
6. I didn't see the 49ers being this good
7. I thought the rams would win the West, thought Sam Bradford would shine.

I was dead wrong about JPP. It's been by far the biggest mistake I've made since joining this board.
