Paper work is being finalized that would see Alexander Radulov return to the NHL this season and the National Hockey League Players' Association said they would agree to bypass waivers for the Russian forward if he decides to return to the Nashville Predators.

Just needed to share how much I love having this kid and the Viking on the Avs this season. He was totally worth trading Nail Yakubov for.

i can't wait for the avs to make the playoffs, so we can once again witness the semi-annual resurgence of idiots who only go to avs games to be seen by other people at avs games.

Yeah, well I don't live in Denver so don't really ever have to deal with Denver fans, so I can just enjoy watching this young talented team grow. It's really cool seeing them finally put together a good management group as the scouts have been phenomenal and Sherman's been really aggressive in adding cornerstone pieces where we needed them. Now all they need is a half competent coach and some seasoning.

Blues are up 3-2 right now, but they are being outplayed by Chicago. Wouldn't be surprised if they end up losing this one.

Fun game to watch, lots of end to end action and lots of hitting. Go Hawks! I think Oduya lead the Hawks in ice time, never thought that would happen after getting him this year.

At present, the incompetent ***** at NHL.com have joined the ranks of the idiots and spelled Nicklas Lidstrom's name wrong, adding the phantom "N."
Seriously, how the **** do people make this mistake? He's the best defenseman of the modern era and has been in the league for 20 years. It's not like there's anyone famous named "Lindstrom" to confuse him with.

Not really a fun game to watch. Blues Quit playing after getting a 3-1 lead. Hawks took it to them.

5 teams fighting for the last 2 spots in the west right now, all tied or separated by 1 point. It's the wild wild west again.

Is it wrong of me to hope the Red Wings keep losing and slip 8 more points to 6th place so they can face the Pacific winner?

not really almost every team in the east wants the 6th seed to play florida in the first round.
I was wondering what you guys think it will take for the Oilers and Islanders to be contenders next year. Both have been very bad teams for a while now (ala pittsburgh). What do you guys think it will take for them to start having winning seasons again.

Well I'm hoping the wings stay in the 6th place just for this reason. Much rather a team like the Stars than Nashville or Detroit.

Sabres let the opponent tie it in the last 5 seconds in each of the last two games. Unbelievable. We're toast. We're not signing Mario Williams. We're only going to be sad forever.
