Saw Wrath of the Titans yesterday and...idk...I have mixed feelings. It was decently entertaining but was nowhere near the 1st one. Still a decent film.

It already came out? Wow i'm so behind.
I actually don't remember seeing a movie recently. I used to be a big movie buff but i think i've seen 3-4 complete movies this year (not counting bits and pieces on TV). The only movie i've seen in the theatre in the last 6 months was Safe House. Any good movies i should catch up on from the last 6 months? I'm open to any genre

You are an awful person.
But no Brent, contrary to popular belief, I have not seen every single Australian film from the last 20+ years. But I know it gets a lot of acclaim. Movies like it and Two Hands did a lot for Crowe/Ledger.

I did not think you had seen every Aussie film from the last 20 years, I just know it was well-known and curious if you had seen it. That said, you should see it.

It's on my perennial to watch list. It's one of those movies that is always on television once a year here so I'll get to it eventually!
Also given the current Dog theme on NFLDC, people should check out Red Dog - an Aussie movie (true story) about a dog who roamed all over the outback searching for his owner.

And that's why I love Chris Nolan movies.
Also, I'm going to see The Hunger Games tonight after finishing reading the book and I realized I have not seen any trailers or anything except for the short one on TV that just shows her volunteering to take Prim's place. So I hopped on imdb and checked out some trailers. I also had no idea who was acting in it so I checked out the cast and I must say, the casting is awful. Nothing but hot 17-20something year old guys for all the pre-teens and a PG-13 rating so that they can go see it. I have a feeling this movie is going to be MUCH worse than the book.

Watched The Darkest Hour and the new Mission Impossible this weekend. Darkest Hour was very, very average, but the new MI movie was pretty great.
Also watched Girl Next Door again, which is an amazing movie.
