Currently: Steven Jackson

All Time: Hmm. There's a few (Eric Dickerson, Jackie Slater, Marshall Faulk, Torry Holt, Isaac Bruce) But in my opinion it'd have to be Marshall Faulk.

Not really, it's TO by far. If you go up to people on the street and show them those three names almost everyone will recognize Owens.

Saints - Pat Swilling, Sam Mills, Rickey Jackson, Vaughn Johnson. Dome Patrol! There are others but the Saints never were a strong franchise back in the day.
Current - Reggie Bush, Deuce McAllister, Drew Brees, Marques Colston, Jamaal Brown.

If you were to ask 100 people to name a player for the Packers I bet at least 75 would say Favre.
Like I said, I might be in the minority there. I'm not old enough to have seen those guys play (other than on NFL Films and such), but those are the first names that come to mind for me, because they are the legends of that franchise during its most successful era. That said, I can understand why most people today would say Favre.

It depends if its the Houston Oilers, who became the Tennessee Titans then it would be Earl Campbell. If its the Titans, then all-time it would be Steve McNair and currently Vince Young

Currently, duh. Brian Urlacher. They traded away my perceived #2 in this respect and the #63 overall for the #37 in this year's draft.

All-time, I would say the top 3 -- in any order -- would be Dick Butkus, Mike Singletary, and the late, great Walter Payton.
