Titans_Dynasty85 hopes to escalate quickly but not get out of hand.
Default Asante Samuel

http://www.patsfans.com/new-england-...ad.php?t=53919

Should the Titans make a push for Asante Samuel in a trade now that Pacman is lost for the season? Pats fans are sure talking about it. I think if we were to offer the 19th pick and a 3rd rounder for Samuel and the 28th pick, they could possibly accept. We definately have the cap room to sign this guy and he would be approximately an 7 or 8 mil per year guy. If we dont get Asante Samuel this is what we SHOULD do in the draft...

1st round: Chris Houston- CB, Arkansas
2nd round: Anthony Gonzalez- WR, Ohio State
3rd round: Best DE available.

If we trade for Asante Samuel, why would we draft CB. We would have plenty of depth at the position and this is a CB heavy draft. I think it wouldn't be a bad idea, given that a #1 WR would be on the board at 28 such as Dwayne Jarrett or Dwayne Bowe, hopefully Meachem or Ginn fall, or Marshaw Lynch. If its possible, then I say the Titans should attempt to make it

He said those players are who we should draft if we don't trade for Samuel, aNYtitan.
