I think he will be drafted in the top-40 so sneaking into the first round is possible.

Who else thinks Brock Osweiler goes before Brandon Weeden? Heck I wouldn't even rule out Brock to the Browns at #22.

The 2nd tier of QB's in my eyes are in this order: Cousins > Weeden > Osweiler

Hilton was #60 in Mayock's top 100. He is my favorite player in this draft, and I think he is the fastest player to come out in a long time. That being said, I don't think he is a 1st round pick. I think he is still somewhat raw, has ball security issues, and will be looked at as a guy that may not be able to handle the physicality of the NFL, even though he missed just a couple of games in college. I think he goes in round 3. Reminds me of Az Hakim.
