Man, if you think that John Fox is going to bow to public pressure you really should just admit you don't know football, its clear to everyone else.

John Fox didn't bench Foster, or stephen Davis or keary Colbert when the fans were screaming for him to do so because there were factors they didn't understand. He didn't bench Delhomme for Weinke when there were calls for it and he didn't bench Gamble for Marshall when there were calls for it.

Fox is one of the leagues best head coaches, he won't do something because the fans are bitching. Hurney knows that, and he wouldn't tell him to and whats more the owner, Richardson trusts fox and hurney and wouldn't tell them how to do their job.

Its obvious you have no idea. You just throw things out there blindly because you think you know, when you've got nothing. Stop posting, you're wrong.

Hide and watch buddy. Never said Fox was a bad coach. He's very good but you are a homer and that is obvious.

Fact is, Carr is on the Panthers now. He sucks. It's also obvious that you have no clue how bad he is and are one of the last humans on the planet that think he can be turned into an NFL QB. You are wrong and will be proven so. I'm just telling you what is going to happen. We will see who is right but I already know I will be. Delhomme was on thin ice last year but they had nothing to turn to. Now they (and you) think that Carr will help. He won't. He will make the team worse.

Yawn, you're nothing, just another moron, who knows about his crappy team and no one else's. Fact is Delhomme wasn't on thin ice he was injured, our line was injured and his support players were injured. He's been money in the playoffs and in games when he's been given support. He's our starter, and you wait and see, we'll go to the playoffs and we'll make some noise there. Mark it down.

As for Carr, it is what it is, a QB needing to take some time and get tutored in a good coaching staff with good players around him, something Houston hasn't had, nor is likely to have for a few years. He'll sit on the bench the entire year barring injury and have his mental aspect reworked so he can be successful.

You hate carr because of what he did in houston with no offensive line and no support, any issue he had with his game was exacerbated and exaggerated. In Carolina he's not going to have the same problem.

So Gary Kubiak, the former OC in Denver who resurrected Jake Plummer's career wasn't qualified enough to coach David Carr? And yeah it really sucks when you only have Andre Johnson and Eric Moulds at WR.....

Honestly, I've watched David Carr throughtout his career and he flat out sucks. He telegraphs his passes and folds under pressure, which of course everyone blames on the offensive line which wasn't nearly as bad as people think the past couple of years, but people still grasp onto that argument because it's easy.

If you need proof of Carr's suckiness, watch Houston vs. NE from last year. It was one of the worst performances by a QB that I have ever witnessed and it made me really question how Carr was ever in the NFL to being with. Constant passes batted down at the line and/or intercepted it seriously looked like a 5th grader running an NFL offense.

Moulds is washed
It took Plummer a year before he was good again
New England has beastly D that would dominate the pourous HOU O-Line
Yes the O-line was bad, if you ever wondered why Dominack (Davis) Williams never got 1300yds you dont have to look past the HOU O-line and when you get sacked like 60 times there is no way its just his fault, granted some were but that happens to the best of them
Kubiak is a great RB's coach, not QB coach

Those of you who claim to watch Carr and follow Houston should really read and analize everything carefully. The article that was brought up earlier was one that was written about last pre-season. It is not a testament to Carr's poor performance, but how ill prepared he was coached by the previous regime.

Those who say it wasn't the o-line's fault this yr. show how little you really pay attention to the nuances of the positions. After Spencer went out we were forced to tighten splits, this automatically did two things. It telegraphed passing vs. rushing downs and it shortened the distance to the QB on passing downs. The first few games of the season Carr showed amazing improvement, I would go as far as to say showed the most improvement, however after seeing your FB fumble away two wins, receivers drop a ton of passes and poor results what QB wouldn't begin forcing the ball or making some poor decisions. Carr had his flaws, but putting the teams results on him is ignorant. At the end of this last season we only had 2 original starting linemen, our guards starting. Is anybody going to say that missing three starters, two on the ends and at center isn't going to have adverse affects on the line?

Another thing Kubiak was/is our head coach, he isn't spending all his time with the QB as he has alot more responsibilities. Another thing is he is a rookie head coach and has on various occassions admitted fault in not communicating everything he needed to, to Carr. However most don't acknowledge this as it's after the fact that he's already gone off on the QB. A coach's main responsibility is making sure their players are fully prepared, not informing a player about everything because the coach assumes the player should know is on the coach.

I won't go as far as saying the Panthers are 10x's better than the Texans because they aren't. However they have shown more stability and have a system in place that will allow Carr to flourish. There's no reason to expect Carr to fail except for bias based on his previous situations. He's in a new situation and has all the tools mentally and physically to succeed. To expect Carr to fail, shows that you don't wish him well and hope he fails so that your point can be made.

The Panthers should package their 1st and 2nd and Delhomme for the 1st overall and get CJ...

Carr+CJ+Smith+Key+DW= Sick
