Honest question: how do you game a deaf girl?

I met this girl yesterday by the name of Tammy at a friend get together, and although we never said a word to each other for most of the night, we kept giving each other eye contact. At first i thought it was weird because it wasnt like the quick glance-eye lock then look away, it was for intervals of 3-5 seconds at a time and I had no idea she was deaf, but i found that out later. Blah Blah(fluffy story-telling crap). Shes sitting right across from me and she motions her hand to get my attention, and basically (through lip reading and interpretation of her hands) she tells me shes bored and i look bored too. I pull out my phone after we exchange some more non-verbal interactions and we begin to text. Immediately she asks me like "standard" questions-name, how old, am i single, school, blah blah, use my text game and it does its justice-initially. We're both about to leave and she comes over and shes me a hug before she goes and we text on the way home. She telling me about her passions n this n that. And other profound **** that girls like to talk about when theyre interested. We're up texting to about 2-3 a.m and this is where i start to lose my head, basically i think that I lose focus of the fact that shes still a girl and is not mentally incapable-but simply deaf because i start talking like a chode-i ask her the last time she was in a relationship, that type of ********, and call her babe(which im not sure she knew what it meant) and many other things. I think the reason i lost sight in the first place was because the way she texted. Instead of regular text(even that teenie bopper ******** like Gr3@+) she wrote like in broken english- like when she asked me where i was at in school right now she said-ur lucky I took 3rd grade reagain so not in same grade. It takes a lot of inference to decipher some of the things she says but for some odd reason i felt a strong attraction to her.

Skipping ahead to today she texts me at noon, and we begin talking again-more comfort talk, and a little play on my side but mostly stagnant-texting game/talk/whatever you deem the word.

I bring up me coming to see her and she tells me one of the big problems between us is that i cant do sign language and she cant talk-she can only say one worders like mom-move-etc. And then she proceeded to tell me that she sees me as a friend now. Meh, im not sure how to take it. My whole reality got topsy-turvy after i met her,honestly and it kind of broadened the way i look at the world and girls and i think that may have been where i ****** up. But basically, im just looking for some advice on how to handle this situation. If anyone can conjure up some advice to help me it'll be most appreciated. If not then im cool with it, this is'nt one of the (im a chode and i need advice, what do i do next, ok what do i do now, ********.) Thanks everyone and much love.

My dad learned sign language when he dated a deaf girl. I've never seen him use it (this was when he was a young pup, before he met my mom), but it's apparently not very hard to pick up. If that's the main obstacle, it's not an insurmountable one.
