Caddy probobly made the absolute worst pick in this entire draft with the choice of a hot air balloon and a Crossbow
is a terrible weapon for a zombie uprising considering they attack in hoards and it is a one shot weapon that is difficult
to reload. Also good luck finding ammo for the PSG-1. Solar panels are a great pick although you don't ahve anything that
requires energy. The garden is also a great pick considering you will not need to leave the base nearly as much but you still
will once winter comes.

Look at it this way, if Rodgers had Allstate instead of State Farm, he'd be protected from mayhem like this

- Long distance from other forms of supplies
- 5 month long hurricaine season
Weapons:
Glock 17 9mm
Marlin 1894 rifle
Chain Saw
100 pounds of high explosives
Pitchfork
+ Chainsaw and pitchfork have double uses
+ The plan for the high explosives are a nice touch but is there a pressure sensitive trigger?
Items:
600 feet of Rope
Multi-tool
1000 Water Purifying Tablets
+ Water purifying tablets is a must specially in a forign land and with the long rain season you won't have to worry much about a water supply
Vehicle:
Formula 400 Super Sport Boat
+ Good for fishing and gathering food in that sense
- Runs on gas that won't be in a great supply on the islands also it can't be taken on the land when you need to get supplies from other islands
People:
Chuck Norris
Ray Lewis
Brady Ellison
Giada de Laurenitiis
You have a bowman without a bow
Ray Lewis and Chuck Norris are both awesome picks that are good with weapons but what use are they to you after the limited
zombies are out of commision?
Biggest + water purification tablets
Biggest - hurricane season
Best pick - Water purification tablets
Worst pick - Necker Island
Your team survives 6 months 3 weeks
Zombies killed: 75
Your team dies by - 1 by poison, 1 by zombie bite, 1 by drowning, 1 by disease, 1 from starvation
Quote:
Write-Up:
My plan for zombie survival is all about three things: LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. For those who don’t know about Necker Island, it is a private island resort owned by Virgin Group Chairman Sir Richard Branson. In my opinion, there aren’t many places more secure than this. The island is naturally uninhabited. The only civilization on the island results from the resort that can accommodate up to 28 people. Throw in a few people that work at the resort and there are a maximum of 50 people on the island at any given time. So while others may have to fight off hundreds, or even thousands of zombies to secure their location, my group would only have to neutralize a couple dozen. After taking care of the relatively low number of zombies on the island (if there even are any), my group would never have to worry about additional zombies reaching our location because zombies can’t swim.
The accommodations on the island are also much better than what other groups will have. Richard Brandon is a billionaire, so of course his private island is going to be luxurious. Comfy king sized beds, top of the line kitchen, and athletic facilities will keep my group well rested, well fed, and in peak physical condition. This will make us better equipped to fight off any zombies we may encounter than other groups who will likely be tired and hungry.
The island will provide us with plenty of food. It is home to numerous typed of fruits, nuts, vegetables, and animals. And being surrounded by water is a prime spot for fishing. If we ever run out of food on the island (or get bored with eating the same things over and over), there are numerous uninhabited islands nearby where we can hunt and gather without fear of encountering zombies. If we ever need to restock our supplies, larger, inhabited islands are also nearby. But we will only go there when absolutely necessary as their will be more zombies there.
My first two weapons are both guns. The glock will be used mostly for killing zombies. It’s a small handgun, so it will be easy to carry, it is extremely simple to use, and ammunition for the gun is very common. The Marlin rifle will be more for hunting as it is a bit more cumbersome to carry (although we will have it just in case we need it). Like the glock, this rifle is pretty easy to use and has relatively common ammunition.
The chain saw seems to be a poor weapon choice for a zombie apocalypse as it forces you to get close to the zombie. But I plan to use it as a last resort. This weapon is more for using on the island. If we ever need to cut down trees for wood to make repairs to our accommodations, this thing is going to come in handy. We could also use the wood to make a fence, just in case a zombie miraculously finds their way to the island (which is virtually impossible).
The pitchfork is just another weapon for killing zombies. While not as useful as a gun, it has quite a long reach so you never have to get too close to the zombie to kill it. The sharp points are perfect for stabbing a zombie in the brain. This can also be used for gardening. With all the plant life on the island, there are numerous fruit seeds. We can gather them up and use the pitchfork to help plant a garden right next to our resort. This will keep us from having to trek through the jungle looking for fruit.
My last weapon is the high explosives. My plan is to use this in traps. If we ever are forced to go to another island with more zombies, we don’t want to have to fight hundreds at a time. With the explosives (and a nice juicy animal we found on our island), we can set a trap. When some zombies smell the fresh blood of the animal, they’ll come over to it. When enough zombies arrive, we blow up the explosives, killing dozens at one time without putting ourselves at risk.
Now let’s talk about my group. Chuck Norris and Ray Lewis are there for brute strength. They will help lift, cut, break, and work the boat. Both also have experience using guns, so that will definitely come in handy when hunting and fighting zombies. Chuck Norris is also a former member of the Air Force and a great martial artist so he is trained in numerous types of combat.
Brady Ellison is my favorite group member. He is an Olympic archer. Some say he is the best archer in the world. You know that will come in handy. He can easily kill animals while hunting and zombies that we encounter. And by using a bow rather than a gun, he’ll make much less noise.
My last group member is Giada de Laurenitiis. You may know here from the Food Network. She doesn’t offer much in terms of fighting or strength, but I want here because she is a great chef and knows about food. We’ll have a world class kitchen to work with, so she’ll be able to create fantastic meals. While other groups are eating cold, dry rabbit, we’ll be eating five-star fish dishes. She will also help us when gathering food. She’ll know which fruits and plants are edible and which ones will kill us the second we put them in our mouth.
The rope will be used mostly for the boat. Ropes on boats are always breaking, so we definitely want some extra. The rope can also be used for fishing line, traps, and repairs to the resort. Pretty basic stuff. But when you have rope, you need something to cut it with. That’s where the multi-tool comes in handy. This comes with multiple knives, a hammer, screwdriver, pliers, corkscrew, can opener, wrench, and other assorted tools, all in an easy to carry device. This will make repairs extremely easy. The last item I chose was the bulk amount of water purification tablets. This is self explanatory. We need clean water to drink. These tablets will give it to us.
So in conclusion, my group is the obvious choice for the group that is best equipped to survive a zombie apocalypse. Our location is going to be the easiest to secure. Once secure, we are the only location that does not have to fear being infiltrated by new zombies. Our location is home to a luxury resort with five-star accommodations. We have plentiful supplies of fruits and animals on our island and we are surrounded by other uninhabited islands that offer even more food supplies. My group never has to worry about encountering zombies, starving to death, or dying because of exposure to the elements. Can any other group say that?

The K-Rails and welding equipment would be perfect for creating baracades against both raiders and zombies. There will be difficulty finding food
after the initial supplies at the base and the mountain fade.

Analysis
+ well fortified with high walls
+ on top of a pretty steep hill but it won't kill you if you need to make a hasty escape.
+ ******* cannons
+ Transmission tower
+ Less than 1.5 KM from abundant sources of food and water.
- Only way in or out of town is by use of two bridges. All the gas stations I could find are on the other side of the bridge
- Sits right in the middle of a city that has over half a million people in it. And a population density 43,000 per square mile.
Zombies be coming yo.
- China has a strict civilian firearms ban which means that guns and ammo are going to be hard to find.
Vehicle= Conquest Knight XV(all packages included)
+ Nothing will get you from inside the vehicle
+ Vehicle won't get damaged regardless of how many zombies you ram with it.
+ rapid fire weapons (3) are going to be very important in this kind of zombie environment
+ The hatchet is a double use weapon and can be used to cut down trees for a valuable source of fire to boil water
- As stated before ammo will be impossible to get in china.
Items= First Aid Kit, Family Preparedness Kit, Pre-Filled Sandbags
++ The Family preparedness kit will limit the amount of scavaging you need to do.
+ Sandbags can double as weapons when being thrown off the side of a fort onto the heads of the undead clamoring at your walls
+ First aid kit will help prevent or cure disease
Team= Jared Allen, Gina Carrano, Rob Furlong, Barry Jacobsen
+ everyone can handle a weapon
+ Two of the members are trained to survive in many environments they can help find obscure sources of food and keep you alive.
^Just hope you find 3 hot asian chicks otherwise two of you will die in the battle for Gina's affections.
No negitives
Overall
Biggest + Cannons
Biggest - 500000 people on your peninsula
Best pick - Family Preparedness kit
Worst pick Tac 50 Sniper Rifle
On Z day you will be more than prepared but as the zombie infection takes its tole there will be bigger and bigger hoards.
Your team survives 13 months 12 days 7 hours
Zombies killed: 603

Location= Guia Lighthouse & Fortress
Vehicle= Conquest Knight XV(all packages included)
Weapons= SKS Assault Rifle, McMillan Tac 50 Sniper Rifle, CZ75 Handgun, Mossberg FLEX Platform Shotgun, Hatchet
Items= First Aid Kit, Family Preparedness Kit, Pre-Filled Sandbags
Team= Jared Allen, Gina Carrano, Rob Furlong, Barry Jacobsen
- How the objects will be used:
Hatcher doubles as a weapon and a tool for opening doors, cutting wood, ect. Sandbags can be used to create barriers(if they can stop bullets, they can stop zombies), and stop flooding.
- How these objects or people help you survive.
My location is high up in the moutons with a view of everything in sight. I can use the lighthouse to signal any possible survivors, and can also let Mr. Furlong and Mr. Allen snipe from inside it. My vehicle is bullet proof(can ram into zombies), can be used to communicate with people outside of the car, can transport the full team and equipment, can keep food cold, can keep us warm or cool, can keep us entertained and most importantly safe. The SKS rifle is reliable and accurate with easy to find ammo, same with the CZ75 and my shotgun can be easily modified for any shotgun need in under 10 minutes. I took the Tac 50 sniper because its the same sniper Furlong used for his 1.5 mile killshot. The hatchet can be used as a last resort meele weapon and a tool. The first aid kit is packed with goodies that will fix anything you need from minor cuts to illnesses. The family preparedness pack has enough food for a family of 5 to eat plenty for 3 months, if we ration more and go hunting we will have plenty of food. The sandbags can be used to stop any floods if they occur and can be used to prevent zombies from coming in. Jared Allen is an avid hunter and can help gather food he is also a funny guy who could keep us entertained. Gina Carrano is hot and I certainly wouldn't mind repopulating the earth with her, she is also in incredible shape and knows how to use a gun and I'm sure she would be great with the hatchet. Furlong has incredible accuracy and can use a variety of weapons and has survival instincts. Jacobsen was a former Green Beret and is ruthless he also has worked on Deadliest Warrior and knows how to survive.
- anything else that would help your case
I think I covered it all

Weapon 1: Aluminum Powder
Combined with the iron oxide makes thermite. "When ignited, it can reach temperatures of up to 2500 degrees Fahrenheit. For reference, that's close to half the temperature of the chucklefucking Sun. Thermite is most commonly used to cut through very strong metal, like the kind you find in the frame of a skyscraper or the body of a T-800."
Weapon 2: Pneumatic Gun ( RAIL- Rapid Air Initiated Launch system )
Grappling hook and line ideal for seizure of any other teams' base. Alternately-a thermite capsule, fitted with a magnesium fuse and launched out of the pneumatic gun, effectively makes a thermite grenade launcher. It's a tactical/ultimate leverage weapon capable of burning through anyones' base or vast hordes of the undead. Thermite bombs have burned entire cities to the ground. Uses compressed air-one scuba tank gets about 25 shots.
Weapon 3: iRobot warrior 710
Not the zombie killer I envisioned but the ultimate scout/surveillance device for scavenging or defense and cargo/logistics worker. CJ downgraded it for it's difficulty to drive and stability but with endless hours of post-apocalyptic free time to practice and fabricated stabilizers to help keep it upright, it would be the team's high tech watchdog. Should allow for one team member to capably defend the location if the other three are engaged in a siege. Uses rechargeable lithium batteries.
Weapon 4: Magnesium Ribbon
Fuse. Necessary to ignite the thermite.
Weapon 5: Iron Oxide
Essentially rust. mixed with aluminum to make the thermite.
If you weren't stationed in a Cabella's this would easily be the worst set of weapons possible.
+ Thermite can be used to melt locks or cut through doors. Also if you need to melt some zombies it can do that too
+ The grappling hook can be used to scale or knock down walls.
- These weapons generally lower mobility
- If you are ever forced from Cabella's you are BONED

WC Object 2: Wire Fence
Around the homebase and any crop fields. Irobot patrols.
WC Object 3 24 station Lithium Ion battery charger
Irobot Warrior runs on 12 rechargeable lithium batteries.
The fuel is a huge plus it will help considerably. The wire fence is ok protection but still suceptable and climbable for moraders.
The batteries are afailed addition to a failed pick
Overall Analysis:
Biggest +: Cabella's armory
Biggest -: Too much of the plan is wrapped up into it.
Best pick: Cabella's
Worst pick: Jimmy "Shine" Falschlehner
If it wasn't for bad planning you would have lived longer but you are a team of 5 in a zombie situation while your team goes out
and detroys other camps it opens your base to attacks from a larger group of morraders. Think about it when people find out
you are hoarding food and weapons while stealing other's provisions they will attack and take your ****. At which point you will
have no food and only the weapons brought with you in the terracross. If you would have hunkered down you would have survived longer.
Your team survives: 14 months 5 days

Me and my team will be spending most of our time hiding from the undead masses in the heavily fortified Augarten FlakTower. One of The Augarten FlakTower's main features include 15 foot thick reinforced concrete walls capable of withstanding airstrikes, zombies not a problem. The Augarten FlakTower also has its own water and electrical station independent of the outside world which Jamie with his giant Craftsman mechanic toolbox should have up and running in no time. The entrances will be monitored at all times with our surveillance system to ensure that we are never blindsided by those undead bastards. When we do venture out, it will be in our Landrover Defender, which can operate on any terrain even one lined with corpses. When we must travel on foot, Jon Jones gets the machete, Jarrett Johnson gets the sniper rifle, I get the Bushmaster, Jamie the revolver and Les Stroud the THMP TM1C M1 45A LWT. With the zombie survival guide we should be prepared for most situations thrown our way. Hunting for our food if need be shouldn't be a problem with avid hunter and resident redneck Jarrett Johnson and Les to make sure he makes it home after a successful day of hunting. Jon Jones is one of the fiercest fighters in the world and armed with a machete the undead masses don't stand a chance.

Although I don't think you'll need those skills in the urban environment that you are in but at least you know he can handle a weapon.
But hey at least they'll help you catch Pidgeons.

If you can get the electric working the surveillance system could save your lives. Finding a cooking device could be huge for you but I honestly
think that the Hyneman could find a way to cook at least for the summer. The tool set could be one of the best WC object picks in the draft
It has so many purposes and allows you to do what is needed to fix guns, make stronger barricades, or even use as a weapon in a pinch

This leaves only the #1 zombie plan by unanimous decision
CIGARO!!!
Quote:
Yeah, it's long;
Zombie Survival Plan:
With the zombie apocalypse looming, I have decided to hold up in a prison, Louisiana State Penitentiary, better known as ‘Angola’. Prisons, and this one in particular, are optimal to surviving a zombie apocalypse. Angola is an 18,000 acre prison farm located on the banks of the Mississippi River, which surrounds it on three sides. The prison is extremely secluded, with the entire compound itself separated by miles of river, farm fields and forest from the nearest towns, which are all very small. The actual prison itself is isolated on the compound, surrounded on every side by hundreds or even thousands of acres of fields. There is only one access road to the facility.
First, they have already existing security measures. Multiple fences layers provide the basis, with the barbed wire to supplement them. The barbed wire would not kill a zombie, but it would catch and snag their torn clothing/flesh, entangling them on the razor wire and creating easy targets for any defenders, similar to the fate soldiers met in WWI when they encountered barbed wire defenses. Any human raiders will be even worse off, also feeling the pain of being sliced and torn at by razor wire. The prison also comes with already in place guard towers, which make surveying the fence and surrounding area much easier.
The outer fencing provides a great barrier, but further defenses lie within. Prisons have inner fencing that can be defended, as well as the individual buildings. My team will scout the buildings within the compound, and create a main base that will work as a fallback shelter out of the most defensible building. The thick, solid walls and metal bars sectioning of the interior of these buildings mean that even if the exterior is broken through, the interior will remain strong.
Prisons offer more than just security measures. They’ll have existing kitchen and medical facilities. Cooked food means the on-location farm can be put to better use, which reduces the need to venture off-site. Any apocalypse situation will inevitably create injuries, and the medical facilities provide a place to appropriately address them. In addition to the facilities themselves, they will be stocked with supplies. The supplies are not indefinite, but provide back-up until new supplies can be located.
There are other facilities in prison’s that will assist survival, albeit focusing on the psychological aspect of survival as opposed to the physical. The prison library will provide a source of recreation during slow times. The same can be said of the outdoor recreational areas, which will also include weights, allowing strength to be both built and maintained.
The last facility of importance is the prison’s armory. The contents of the armory will provide my team with a huge leg up. There will be multiple protective-riot suits, which will effectively make the occupants bite-proof, along with riot shields. Second only to the protective riot suits are the radios. The radios are long-range, designed to keep contact between security personal spread over 18,000 acres, and will provide a mode of contact for any off-site scavenging team. Tear gas can be used against human raiders, crippling any assault on the base. There will be a variety of weapons within the armory, both lethal and non-lethal. Batons will provide useful in close-range situations with zombies, and non-lethal guns will slow down either zombie or human assaults on the prison, allowing the lethal weapons to be used more efficiently.
Not facilities, but equally important are the prison’s self-contained generator and water systems. The generators shall provide power when necessary. The prison will have quite a large generator system, as it’ll be designed to provide back-up power to every building of the prison, and since many buildings on site will be left empty, the generators can be made to last even longer before needing to be refueled. The water system is also important, providing a source of water for the prison regardless of outside conditions.
With the prison itself explained, I’ll move onto the weaponry. The first weapon is the Remington 700. The 700 is both an extremely accurate and reliable sniper rifle, seeing use by the US military and many police forces. The area surrounding the prison is open fields, providing a sniper a clear view of incoming zombies or raiders. The 700 will be manned by whoevers pulling guard duty in the watch towers.
The next weapon is the FN SCAR. Like the 700, it is both a reliable and accurate assault rifle, created and produced for US special forces. Providing rapid fire that is powerful enough to quickly stop or kill any zombies/raiders, it will remain on prison grounds at all times to help repel any attack.
I chose another FN weapon, the PS90, as my other assault rifle. Whereas the FN SCAR is best suited to be kept on prison grounds, the PS90 will be used by any team moving off of the prison’s ground. It is compact, lightweight and has little recoil, making it the perfect weapon for close-up and urban fighting.
If any conflict outside of the prison gets heavy, the Browning Auto-5 will make it presence known. A powerful and reliable shotgun, it will easily obliterate any enemies. It isn’t ideal for every engagement which is why it would be the secondary weapon used in any engagement made by the scavenging team, it will quickly end any on the wrong end of its barrel.
The last weapon will be the SIG Sauer P226. The P226 is one of the world’s premier handguns, and will serve as the primary weapon of the person carrying the Auto-5. It is obviously compact and lightweight, making it better suited for any conditions of scavenging missions, but still holds more than enough power to stop a zombie or human dead in their tracks. It also has a large magazine size which means less time spent reloading. If things get too heavy as previously mentioned, the user can turn to the Browning Auto-5.
With location and weapons laid out, the personnel who will make my team require explanation. The first is Bear Grylls, the famous survival expert. Bear Grylls is obviously well-versed in survival situations, which will be immensely beneficial in survival situations. Lesser known about him is his service in the British Special Forces. This service means that Grylls is more than adept with the weaponry and tactics necessary to survive in a zombie apocalypse situation.
As the NFL player required, Trent Cole will bring both strength and hunting skills with him. A large defensive lineman, Trent Cole will be extremely strong, and thus beneficial for the more physically demanding tasks. He is also a skilled hunter, meaning his proficiency with guns should not be underrated.
Richard Marcinko is the third person I have selected. Marcinko’s career with US special forces is hard to top. He created the now famous Navy SEAL Team Six. He created Red Cell, which was his hand-picked team that successfully infiltrated the most secure US bases and locations, literally to prove that he could. This expertise will be immensely beneficial to both coordinate scavenging missions, as well as planning the defense of the base. His age may be a question for some, but he’s kept himself in remarkable shape, won’t be tasked with the most physically demanding jobs, and means he only has that much more wisdom.
The fourth and final person will be Joel Salatin. Angola in particular was chosen because of its status as a prison-farm. This is where Salatin will provide immensely beneficial. Salatin is perhaps the world’s most famous and accomplished farmer. His methods use only holistic measures, meaning no artificial techniques such as chemical fertilizers and hormones. This particular style of farming is the only one possible in a post-apocalyptic world. Angola’s immense size owes to a farm system large enough to provide food for over 5,000 inmates. Considering I only have five men, most of this will be abandoned(not all, as the fields immediately surround will be kept for surplus), leaving less ground necessary to defend, yet still preserving fields that will make any incoming enemies easy to spot. Salatin will oversee the moving of the farm to within the prison walls, where there are still huge open fields. He will also keep charge over the 2,000 heads of cattle that come with the prison.
The vehicle used to transport my team is the Toyota FJ Cruiser. The FJ Cruiser is both a reliable and powerful SUV. It has more than enough cargo space to store anything carried by the scavenging team, as well as anything retrieved. Its reliability, power and off-road capability make it well-suited for a post-apocalyptic world. The gas mileage is about what’s expected for its size and engine.
Finally time to move onto the wildcard items. The first is the two-man survival backpack. The backpack comes with absolutely everything necessary for two men to survive for many days on it alone. This includes small weapons/tools such as a knife and hatchet, a fully stocked medical kit, provisions and canteens, as well as survival equipment such as ponchos and a tarp. This backpack will be carried by the scavenging team.
The second wildcard item is 1,300,000 tires. This may seem exercise, but I beg to differ. First, the tires will be used to reinforce the exterior prison walls. The exterior prison wall is huge, and the tirewall supporting it will be very thick, so that lone will likely occupy up hundreds of thousands of tires. The remaining tires will find various uses as the need arises. The now unused fields will make a perfect storage area for any non-used tires.
The last wildcard item is a 12,500 water storage tank. With an existing water system, the tank will often be little used, which is the point. This will allow it store to capacity. This tank will be located wherever the chosen main base is located, providing a reliable water source regardless of outside breach in security. It will also be used to put out any fires, which will be devastating for anyone in a post-apocalyptic world without proper fire services.
With all selections accounted for, I will now summarize how these aspects will work together to ensure survival. Most of all living will be occur within prison walls. Scavenging teams of two will only leave the prison when absolutely necessary. This should be very rare, however. With the onsite farm and cattle, food will become a renewable resource, the same with water. Medical facilities will be stocked and ready for use, requiring few excursions for medical needs. The generators will only be used when necessary and only in areas of current use, greatly extending their lifespan. Despite this, they will run-out eventually, and fuel will likely be the primary reason to leave site. When this occurs, the scavenging teams of two, with the weapons and equipment detailed above, will take up the task. The duo most likely to take this responsibility will be Bear Grylls and Trent Cole, both adept with weaponry and arguably the most fit of any of the team. On site, one person will always be on guard in the watch towers, providing a constant eye to watch over any incoming enemies. Immediate work will be begin on constructing the tire wall. Should any breach occur of the exterior walls, and the breach becomes overwhelming, the team will back to the building chosen to be the main base. This main base will be stocked with the water tank, its own generator, medical supplies, and food. A few head of cattle may be kept in cells for such a dire situation. Should things become completely dire, the team will gear up in the stocked riot gear, and make a run for one FJ Cruiser, which will be kept stocked with additional emergency equipment as well as constantly refueled. The team will attempt an emergency run, hopefully going out the same way everything is coming in, and head for the river. Zombies lack the ability to swim, so if absolutely necessary, the team will attempt to cross the river and put the river between them and the zombies. Scouts will attempt to find the best ford behind hand, to get as far into the river as possible before having to abandon the car.

No real objections here. That's a fair analysis. Hunkering down let's of live longer but I'd rather burn out then fade away.
Only one thing about the write ups that's bothering me...Chuck Norris is 72 years old! He ain't doing **** but advising. Not a good pick. This was fun. Next time I'll be unstoppable.
