Which division is hardest to predict?
I am guessing it is one of the Wests, but which one? Or is it the NFC East, or some other division?

The NFC South. They never have repeat division winners.

I'll go with the AFC North and the NFC East.

I'd love to quote you on that. The Saints and Falcons are obvious favorites right now, but the division title is pretty much a crapshoot.

I'd probably rank from easiest to hardest:
1. AFC East
2. AFC South
3. NFC North
4. NFC South
5. NFC West
6. AFC West
7. AFC North
8. NFC East

I'd say the Pats, Texans, and Packers are pretty safe bets to win their divisions.

I don't think the Packers are that safe a bet this year.

I feel pretty comfortable putting them in the 10-13 win range. Whether that wins them the title is yet to be seen. The Lions and Bears are both probable wild-card teams to me.

Yup. I can see any team in that division finishing in any spot 1 through 4.

NFC South always takes the cake for this. Teams just rise and fall in that division in a hurry almost.
NFC North, NFC East, & AFC North all should be really competitive for the top spot and a wild card. I still think that Packers take it but the Bears and Lions are legit contenders in that division and at least 1 of them will snag a wildcard too.

I am shocked no one is taking the NFC West. It is the only division where I can make arguments for all four teams. Every other division has an also ran. However, that may because I am picking St Louis, with Arizona as second choice.

This one is a no brainer for me. Dirty Birds by three games.
