Very good points and agree with all of them except for Suits being my favorite USA show. Psych will always be #1 for me. Louis has been kick ass this year as they've really developed his character over the early course of the season. From working with the Harvard woman, working with Mike, and now the cat thing. It's been one of the bigger reasons as to why season 2 has really took off.

Louis has always been a great character, he just wasn't all that likeable until now. But yeah, I've enjoyed his character a lot this season.
I do agree with every point you made EXCEPT Suits being my favorite show. Like GF said, Psych will always be my #1. Suits is right behind it though.

I think I still enjoy White Collar more then Suits. The cast of Suits is better as a whole, but Neal Caffrey is a more engaging character then anyone Suits has to offer. Caffrey is one of my favorite characters on TV, period. Plus, I desperately want to be married to that version of Tiffani Thiessen.

I approve even more of the bolded. Psych is definitely my favorite TV show. White Collar and Suits aren't far behind though.

Psych is absolutely #1 for me as well, I was just chiming in on the Suits vs everything except Psych situation.
Anyone else notice that all three of those Psych shows feature a character with perfect recall? Shawn, Mozzie and Mike are all depicted as having photographic memories. Someone over at USA has an affinity for those types of characters haha

I like Psych a lot too. But I think of that as more of a comedy show with some drama whereas all the others are are drama with some comedy. I wasn't even really thinking about Psych when I said that. I was thinking about Burn Notice, White Collar, Royal Pains, and even back to the Monk days. But I think for me it's still true, I just like Suits the best.
Also, Suits is filmed in Toronto, not NY. Weird.

My roommate and I went back and watched some old Season 1 episodes of Community (I've seen them each probably 5 times already, not the point), and whoever says that show didn't deteriorate is crazy, because those early episodes are actually constant hilarity. The Valentines episodes in Season 1 might be my favorite in the entire series.

I've always felt that season 1 was amazing, season 2 was great and season 3 was good. It has definitely deteriorated but it's still one of the best shows on television.

This week's episode of The Newsroom was badass. That Jeff Daniels speech? ******* awesome.
"Ahh, I don't care. I'm just a middle-aged man who never lived up to his potential. You don't want to be on the wrong end of me if I ever do."

Daniels and Waterston are so awesome in Newsroom, I love both of them and their characters so much. Mortimer as Mackenzie is great too.

It honestly might have been my favourite episode so far, although the ending was way too over the top imo. I also don't care for Allison Pill as an actress but maybe it's just the strange faces she always seems to be making. The last 3 episodes have sold me on watching for the rest of the season. I'm not in love with it yet but I have found it's gotten progressively more entertaining.

I dont think its brilliant or groundbreaking or anything, and I wouldnt put it up there with stuff like Thrones or Mad Men, but it entertains the hell out of me every single week, and I always really look forward to watching it.

I'd probably rank them 2-1-3, but there was a clear difference between 1 and 3. A lot of you won't agree, but my favourite episode was when Annie lost her pen and they were looking for it. I was laughing out loud for 20 minutes straight.
I started watching Parks and Recreation as well, I like it, but i'd definitely rank it below Community.

While part of me agrees with you, part of me (read: my boner) disagrees. I love Alison Pill so god damn much. She is cute as ****.

Season 1 of Parks and Rec is weak compared to the rest of the series. Parks and Rec is the only comedy on TV I rank higher than Community, and I stand by that ranking.
And the episode of Community you listed is easily top 5 for me.
