Not too upset about losing Joseph. He's 24 and struggling in AAA.

Poor Cubs. They got crap from the Rangers for Dempster. The deal with the Braves was waaaay better(delgado) before Dempster axed it
in any case, glad Texas didn't get anything more. Dempster will suck in the AL + in that ballpark. Not concerned about that move by them

Hearing Bray might go back to the DL.
Where he belongs. Because he sucks.

We need to hold auditions for a new NFLDC beat reporter for waiver deadline trades. Shoddy reporting cannot be tolerated.

I just really don't understand what we have to gain by keeping Willingham...I'm so sick of waiting until players lose their value before trading them.

I did, hence why they don't employ Jim Bowden nor take his "reports" as legitimate.

Welp another year of Jocketty sitting on his hands at the deadline.
All we really needed was a lead off hitter and a LH bench bat.
What do we get? A RHP for the pen...

I'm skeptical. His 22 IP in AAA have not gone well.

I think they got some pretty good players. The Cubs at the deadline wanted arms and another player at 3rd. They accomplished it. I like Hendricks as 5 or so and Vizcaino is a nice lottery ticket to have.

Not the worst, better than what Bray brings.
