Meh, at the end of the day, he will probably have played in 100 games with over 300 ABs, which I think would be significant enough. He also is on pace to out produce Harper in run production by a lot.

If he ends the season at least somewhat as hot as he is now, he could be in serious conversation. Batting over .300 with a .800-.900 OPS with 25 HRs and 70-80 RBI would be a pretty good rookie year.

(I don't think he will, but saying if he did I think he would qualify with that number of ABs and games)

I can't believe the Mariners have just left that guy up in the bigs with the way he's played as a Major Leaguer. He's been ******* bad every year. Much more to do with getting a .182 hitter at 1b out of the lineup than dealing Ichiro.
