Well the idea is to make the best team, therefore picking the best guys on every team

For the Packers it's either going to be Rodgers, Raji or Clay or McCarthy or Thompson.

Depending on your defensive system you may not have a place for Raji or Matthews. And then it's just a toss up between coaches and GMs etc

At QB, there is a clear cut top 3 in Rodgers, Brady and Brees. There are many good GMs, many good head coaches and many good owners. It's all about finding the balance there

I'd say the top 3 QB dilemma isn't a dilemma at all.

You can take Rodgers and still leave yourself with a choice of the top two TE's and two premier coaches(can you use Payton?).

Honestly it's a no brainer to me, I'd have Rodgers, Graham, and Belichik from those 3 teams... BB is far and away the leagues top coach IMO.
