I actually think Cobb is a pretty safe play every week, even more so with Jennings out. x2 if you are in any sort of ppr league. He has been playing slot, and 3rd down back, he's going to rack up some catches and he should do damage with them. Not that Bowe or Welker suck, but I have Cobb ranked pretty highly this week, I'd wanna give myself another week to 'wait and see' on Welker unless you had no better options.
