You'll save more money in the long run. And don't say convince, they have freeze dried instant coffee, some of which isn't terrible. They have timer coffee makers, and even those overly price K-cups.

I have a coffee maker in my classroom. I drink up to two pots a day sometimes. When you get to work at 6AM; are expected to not only educate, but entertain; and leave by 5PM, with sports and clubs practice; it becomes a staple.

I'm surprised you're allowed to have that. Some kid could touch the pot and get burned and sue! How dare you put youth at risk!!!
I had a 7th grade health teacher who kept a big jar of peanut butter at her desk and would just eat spoonfuls on occasion. I imagine she's no longer allowed to have that if she's still teaching...God forbid some kid with an allergy see the JIF label and immediately seize up...

A dollar a day? Out here in the Seattle area most people cant start the day without some sort of espresso drink, in the range of 3-4 dollars a pop. At least half go for a second round somewhere in the mid-day and another crowd have to have their chai tea fix late afternoon. This isn't a Dunkin Donuts crowd. The average joe probably dumps ten bucks a day on coffee drinks.

I could always smell the coffee on the breath of half my teachers in HS, that kinda put me off to the idea of drinking it every day.

Wow, you think just like a legislator. Makes sense given your favorite team, LOL. In all seriousness though (as if I wasn't already) I keep the coffee maker in a walk in closet that only I have access to for that very reason.

How close were you getting to your HS teachers?
That puts a whole new spin on the term "wood-shop", now doesn't it

I was also being extremely sarcastic. Except on the peanut butter thing. That was 100% serious.

My good buddy has gone through three music phases in his life:
Slipknot
Avenged Sevenfold
Skrillex
I don't let him drive places. I just can't take it.

I've got a few friends who when they ask if I mind driving, I think of the ****** music they'll be listening to, and say hell no I don't mind. Skrillex is one of those, but most of the other stuff is ****** rap .

She probably loves the sex while they're both on ecstacy or some ****. If he is at least balancing it out with that, he has some ground to stand on. But in reality, he still doesn't.
Seriously, idk if anything could make dubstep bearable for me.

I like a little dubstep here and there but not really a staple in my playlists. I'll volunteer my car whenever we need to go somewhere, then he tries to unplug my ipod and plug in his iphone and I'll be like:

I couldn't care less if you wanted to piss on my car, but don't you dare think you're picking the music.

And you're damn sure not going to turn off my music for some ****** dubstep or ****** rap.
Sometimes when this happens you just have to pull your car over and tell the ************ to get the **** out. And then tell them you're joking, unless they do it again.

My friend usually listens to good stuff that I like as well but lately its been nothing but Skrillex and it drives me insane.
One or two songs I can handle but not a whole gtdamn Skrillex marathon.

No one I hang out listens to dubstep. At least not around me. I have good friends.
And I have a no rap after 1997 rule. So I usually get away with good music on drives.

No rap after 1997 is a terrible rule. The people that grew up in the 90's have some weird nostalgic view that rap in the 90's is clearly better than it is today because there are some terrible rappers out there. Fair enough, there is. But for every Pit Bull today there was an MC Hammer back then. Just find the good stuff, it isn't hard.
