I thought it was a pretty good episode. Then again, they haven't really started the 'bad guy of the season' angle yet, so no point getting hopes up when it'll probably fall back into the same pattern it's followed the last few seasons.

I actually enjoyed Dexter, even though this season's premiere made me realize how incredibly irrelevant the last season was. If they had done this at the end of Season 5 after all that Lumen ****, Dexter might still be one of the best shows on TV. But nooooo, you had to sandwich in a garbage season and stall a little while.

It will be fun to see how Breaking Bad compares in how they handle a nearly identical situation.
