Jairus Byrd, bringer of happiness. Two huge picks today.
Can I just say how big of a joke it is that we carry two kickers and chose not to try a 52-yard field goal?
Oh well. Bills win.

I thought today was clearly his best game regardless of the numbers.
As for the Patriots defense they did well in the middle of the game when they brought people from differant directions but they went vanilla down the stretch and their DBs are the worst i've seen this year in coverage.

no he didn't. one game of playing capably doesn't absolve him of the rest of the season of not playing at a back-up qb level.

Luckily we play the Jets next week so I'm sure we'll unleash a brutal ass whooping in a week.

Probably right, but this has been a very consistent problem for us. We need to beat the jets with a vengeane next week and keep it rolling. I really pray nightly the defense can show some life in the secondary. Dennard playing over Arrington and Moore as the game went on gives me some hope.

Thank you! And I like Alex Smith, but the jokes shall flow! I do like your back up QB. I wonder how he'd do if he played more consistently in the regular offense. He does have a gun on him. And I like his mobility.

Ha, no Russell Wilson still sucks. Pats DB's just suck worse. He has no intermediate game and against a real NFL defense that **** won't work.

He had a good game last week, and against the Cowboys, and he's a rookie, and he's 4-2.

Seattle has won two games here (Green Bay and N.E.) that they probably should have lost but they are getting results and that is what they want from Wilson.
I was going to call my dad back in Lowell and give him the business but didnt want him to tell me to go #### myself.

Don't worry this will continue for years even if they win a Super Bowl until he starts throwing over 300 every week. You have to be good at fantasy to be a good QB in today's world.

No one is arguing that they aren't winning, but Russell Wilson still isn't a starting caliber QB. Vince Young threw for 400 yards last season against this secondary doing the exact same thing Wilson did today. The DB's have fundamental coverage problems to the point where it's pitch and catch.

I may not agree with the last part but I agree with the rest. The Giants destroyed us. I have not seen our front seven get dominated like that in years.

Typical Giants. Smack down the 49ers, now watch us struggle next week. We can beat any team and lose to any team.

I'm not sure what you want to him to do? Throw intermediate just to prove something when your DBs suck deep. Look I hate the media hype of saying he's saint nonsense too but calling him not a starting QB is hilarious.

Yeah, Washington at home before having to go down to Dallas? You bet your ass we're going to come out flat. I still think the giants win next week, but if we lose we're gunna embarrass Dallas.

he's a completely mediocre qb, and i'd never trust him at the end of the game. he made a great throw this week. he missed 7 straight throws at the goalline in week 1. he only beat the packers on a piss poor call. let's stop pretending like he's something other than what he is because of one game's stat line and his record (because we all know, that record is solely representative of wilson's ability).

You score points for a Number 10 reference. That's when you know you're an OG here.

Well i have been lobbying for Matt Flynn so there is that.
This is the worst Pats secondary i can ever remember. They don't need to be Mike Haynes and Raymond Clayborn back there but i'd go as far as to say none of these guys could start for Alabama.
