Has a ranked team ever been blown out so badly in back to back weeks?

My contention has always been that polls mean squat till around the middle of October so nothing should really come as a surprise.

Fair enough point. Red flags should have gone up after the Maryland game that they weren't that good, it was only a matter of time until they were exposed, especially on defense. Still in the past 2 weeks losing a combined 104-28 is nearly FCS bad.

18 years ago today, #3 Nebraska beat #2 Colorado and jumped over Penn State to become #1 where they'd remain the rest of the season.

Not sure playing in that offense is going to get him a ton of accolades to be honest.
Lyerla could be a high draft pick even without a lot of numbers. Russ Francis was a first round pick out of Oregon without even playing his final year there.
It's conceivable that Oregon could run the Pac-12 table without doing much more than throwing out routes and running their read option. I don't think they can beat Alabama by doing that alone.

3 losses by a combined 20 points =/= 2 losses by 76 points.

i think the point is more about the over-hype and being over-rated.

I'm from Columbus, but I'll be transferring to Oregon once I finish at C-State. The Ravens are my team so I can be in the same division as the obnoxious AFC North fans around here.

Remember when FSU failed to live up to expectations....me too, it happened like 2 maybe 3 weeks ago? when they lost to ******* NC State, and Mike Glennon's Giraffe neck.

Wasn't USC the preseason #1 who lost to Stanford for the 4th straight year?

I didnt say anything about USC. I just find it comical that after FSU lost to NC State you disappeared for like 2 weeks, and all of sudden they have won 2 or 3 in a row and your back runnin your mouth like they are the ****.
Edit: Stanford>>>>>>>>>NC State

Kent State has been pretty fun, this year. I hope both them and Ohio are still undefeated in the conference when they meet in the last game of the season. Hopefully to face another perfect winner of the Toledo - Northern Illinois game in the championship.

Teddy Bridgewater is fantastic. He reminds me of Geno Smith, except hes progressing at a much faster rate. How is he as a prospect?

That should have been intentional grounding, but I'll take it.

If there is one thing Rory Anderson can do, its score touchdowns.
