Steen/Generico needs to happen again with Steen's heel run still going strong, while we are on that subject.
Still, usually these lists suck, and yours is actually good. Congrats.

Oh, McGuinness/Aries from Rising Above was also a consideration, simply because Nigel somehow pulled out a fantastic match after being knocked loopy as **** like 3 minutes into the match. Dude was stumbling around and could barely stand up after suffering a bad concussion, and went 20+ more minutes in what ended up as a great match. Fans would then boo him when he had to sit out the next show. Assholes.

Thanks!
As far as Steen/Generico goes, after the end of their last iPPV, I think they might end up headlining Final Battle again this year, with Generico likely taking the belt.

that's the best case scenario for what they've done, and it makes the most sense. Because of that, Cornette will put it off until Showdown in the Sun or whatever they call their mania weekend PPV

Cornette is no longer part of the creative staff. Stepped down a few weeks ago as far as I know.

Would any of you be down for a Wrestling draft where we each draft our own roster(any wrestler past/present, dead/alive) and have to assemble our own company with feuds, titles, PPVs and storylines(using one brief writeup, one time just for the vote). We would decide the winner by public vote or judges. Looking for at least 8 participants, hopefully more. If you have any questions I could post the FAQ/Rules later.

The iPPV they just ran was their first show post-Cornette, and it just so happens that Generico is teased at the end. Not a coincidence, since Cornette wasnt a fan of Generico or Cabana for some dumb reason. It's totally worth watching, if you havent. Lots of good matches topped off by an AWESOME Steen/Elgin match.
Im hopeful though, aside from Steen/SCUM, ROH has been pretty dang boring since Cornette got power. I like Cornette and love to listen to him rant on things, but the way he books is antiquated at best.

Was really hoping to see Ryback put him through the cage to end the show, but either way that was a solid ending. Still made Ryback look like a dominant FREAK, show ended with the fans chanting with him, but the belt still on Punk.

I understand that the wwe is trying to make cm punk as a coward heel, but it's reached the p**** stage. IMO, they're miss using him as much as they were in the past..

Except it doesn't have Christopher Daniels, and is thus infinitely worse.

John “Bradshaw” Layfield wrote on his Facebook page he is returning to WWE on a full time basis. He will do Smackdown with Josh Mathews and will work pay-per-views with Michael Cole and Jerry Lawler.
