I feel it's almost a certainty that Kansas City goes quarterback, and to this point Matt Barkley has major concerns among scouts and whether or not he's a product of a great system/players around him, and Geno Smith has cooled off dramatically since a hot start. Tyler Wilson may not be lighting the world on fire this season, but he has been surrounded by a great deal of turmoil at Arkansas and his junior film is phenomenal. He probably has the most intriguing skill set of the top three quarterbacks as well.

With Manti going to the Rams do you have him moving outside? If not what are they doing with James Laurinaitis.

Love that Vikings pick. If Ponder is going to be the franchise QB that he looked on his way to being after the first 5 weeks, then he's going to need a big, vertical receiving threat outside. Allen is exactly that and is also a very good value at 20 IMO.

A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ KC pick. Exactly who I want and I'd have no problems taking him first overall. Great job as usual.

I'd probably prefer Keenan Allen if I had my choice of any WR in Miami but I can't complain about any of the top three with Hunter starting to look healthy!

Nothing wrong with Jenkins for the Colts. I haven't totally formed my opinions of Barrett Jones and Jonathan Cooper so I can't say definitively that I'd rather have them. The only possibility here is that Josh Chapman has a strong end to his season and makes NT no longer a big need.

Might be a reach to take Dion Jordan too high....seen a lot of places that says he's a late 1st to early 2nd rounder. Right position and need though and if you think he can shoot up that high, its a good pick.

I'd love to see how the current Jets defensive staff (provided they stick around after the season) would use Dion Jordan. Nice pick.

Rather see Milliner if he falls that far.

Love the Joekel pick. Hate the Te'o pick. With Lariunitus and DunBar, Rams won't be spending a 1st rounder on a LB. There are 3 options with this pick..
Trade down
OG (Warmack)
WR Hunter

If Reid is gone I could bet that Barkley would be the pick.

Really not a fan of the McDonald pick. Not sure where he'd play for us or what role he would fill. Has been somewhat disappointing this year as well. Don't know if there's any validity to it but there's rumors floating around the some scouts have given him an UDFA. I'd lean towards someone like Mosley or Minter there instead.

I like both the Rams picks. Joeckel and Teo would come in and start right away.

Excellent pick (for Indy) especially with considering who was on the board.

Baltimore was the most difficult selection for me to figure out. I didn't have Mosley and/or Minter as underclassmen who I would consider in this draft yet, but if there were added and still on the board they'd be a slam dunk for the Ravens to choose. I'm going to change the selection to Sylvester Williams.

They are really tough to project right now. Outside of ILB, there isn't a position that really stands out as a pressing need though at the same time. Kind of a tricky mix of up-and-coming youth and established players who don't need replacing. I actually like Sylvester a lot and both Art Jones and McPhee have been mediocre this year though both are still young and hopefully improving. Looking at your mock, I thought your boy Poyer might be an interesting pick if Cary Williams leaves in FA. Gives them a 3rd starting caliber corner in the short term and I think he's the type of guy who could theoretically make the transition to FS depending on how many more years Ed's got in the tank.

The best bet for projecting Baltimore's first pick is an athletic front seven player. Regardless of who the DC is next season they need to get faster and more explosive on the DL and at LB. A WR or LG wouldn't be bad either. I'm not sure Sylvester Williams is a great choice but I would prefer him over McDonald.
