ND might actually stay ahead of Oregon even if they lose to USC, since they've beaten Stanford.

For anyone expecting us to beat ND next week. Barkley's in a sling right now.

Might just be resting his shoulder. Pitchers do that a lot.
EDIT: Actually, Oregon already beat USC, so they would cancel each other out.

If Stanford beats UCLA we'll see that game twice in a row. Here's how I see it all falling out from here.
National Championship
Notre Dame (12-0) vs. Alabama (12-1) (SEC Champ)
Rose Bowl
Nebraska (11-2) (Big Ten Champ) vs. Standford (11-2) (PAC 12 Champ)
Fiesta Bowl
Kansas St (11-1) (Big 12 Champ) vs. Oregon (11-1)
Orange Bowl
Rutgers (11-1) (Big East Champ) vs. Florida St (11-1) (ACC Champ)
Sugar Bowl
Texas A&M (10-2) vs. Clemson (11-1)
Some really tough predictions to make cause there's still so much that could change. In this scenario I went with FSU beating Florida, Standford winning out, Alabama winning the SEC title game.
Rutgers can obviously be replaced by Louisville. But I'm on the Rutgers train lately so let's roll with it.
FSU knocks off Florida. Georgia falls to Bama. Leaves you with A&M and LSU as your picks for 2nd SEC team. With the press they're getting, and possibly the Heisman, I went with A&M.
Oregon wins out but can't win their conference. We get the matchup with KState.
Then for the Sugar bowl I went with Clemson. Not a pick I really like, but if they get a win over South Carolina I think they'll get an at large bid. Oklahoma is an option, but they have 2 losses already. If Clemson loses, they're the easy choice. With the 2 teams per conference limit, there is no other good options outside of Oklahoma and Clemson.
So many options though. If Georgia beats Bama they obviously get a NC spot. And if you combined the with Florida beating FSU you could see Georgia and Florida end up as the SECs two teams. Combined that with a ND loss and we could end up with something as weird as a Kansas St vs Georgia National Championship. Could be a crazy end of the season coming up.

Pitt almost beat Notre Dame. No way is traveling to USC an easy game, even without Barkley.

thats my point, i still expect ND to lose there, the gameplan for USC to win if just too easy to figure out, whether or not Kiff will have the discipline to stick to it and not do any fancy stuff is a different story.
as of right now I expect to lose this game but im not certain well lose that game, which is a big stride forward

I would spend way too much cash if A&M went to a bowl game in New Orleans.

I would recommend just watching the Kent State game. That should do the trick.

crazy weekend in college football - number 1 and 2 both go down. Disappointed KSU blew it against a terrible Baylor defense. Stanford's defense really set the tone against Oregon.
Nice to see Landry Jones outshine Geno Smith and really boost his stock.

LSU wouldn't have a spot if Bama and A&M get in. Only two BCS bowls per conference.
If Florida wins they get the 2nd SEC spot. If they lose you have to pick between LSU and TAMU.
Clemson is only really competing with Oklahoma for that last at large bid. Certainly no 2nd team in the Big Ten that can have it. So it'll come down to those two. Oklahoma still has OkSt, and Clemson has SC.
