Not necessarily. If Clemson and Oklahoma lose, and Michigan beats Ohio State, you could make the case.
It's not likely, but it's a possibility, especially with the draw that Michigan is.

Didn't even really consider that, cause I don't think any of those three things happen.

It's a safe bet that at least one of those things happen.

So if FSU beats Florida and Clemson beats SC, FSU would have 2 of the best wins of any team but be completely screwed because the computers they used are as Jimbo so correctly said, ********. Margin of victory never should have been removed from the formula. Whether or not you think FSU deserves a spot, any computer saying ANY 10-1 team with a win over another 10-1 team isn't in the Top 25 has no business being part of the formula to determine a National Champion.

Jimbo and FSU controlled their own destiny and blew it against NC St.
Go Wolfpack!

That would literally change nothing. Beating ****** teams by a lot still isn't worth much.

If you have to ask, it's not worth responding to.

Anyone think Kiffin's could just be lying to screw up ND's gameplanning? It's not like he had to tell everyone that Barkley was out, and he is known for being a scumbag.

Yeah. Kiffin seems like a person who would do that, and he has nothing to lose.

I dunno, I cant imagine that being the case. He got absolutely destroyed on that hit. As far as a game plan is concerned, I think notre dame should approach it the same way as if Barkley were playing. It's Lee and Woods that scare me, not Barkley.
