i'm trying to figure out where i want us to go in the draft. just so many possibilities.. if we pick 8-16ish range, i'm thinking guys like:
luke joeckel, ot
tyler wilson, qb
taylor lewan, ot
chance warmack, og
manti te'o, lb (meh)
also, somebody i really like just from seeing him play so often is giovanni bernard from unc. he's probably my favorite player in the ncaa. sick moves and speed and makes people miss.

lol its pathetic when your defense gives you 5 INT's to work with and you still lose. is it bad i was actually rooting for them to lose? lindley and skelton both looked terrible

nah im on the lose out bandwagon too
my fav QB right now might be Mike Glennon out of NC State not sure where he will end up going but if we could get a legit LT along with him in the 1st two rounds I would be happy

Tyler Wilson is a strong prospect that might be around when the Cardinals draft. QB is such an important and tough spot to fill that if a potential franchise QB is available the team needs to draft him even if he's a reach at that spot.

So we're kinda ****** now in regards to drafting an OT in the 1st with both Matthews and Lewan returning.
I guess our best option right now would be going Wilson at #7 and then trading back up for Fisher, or trading down for Fisher and taking a QB like Glennon/Barkley/Nassib/Dysert
Could also try to trade up for Loeckel would have to get ahead of Philly at least but Jacksonville and Oakland may very well be interested in moving down as someone like Werner or Lotulelei may fall

you mean Buddy Ryan? that was like 5 coaches ago
I like Keim, Arians, Moore, & McNair. Don't particularly know that much about the rest

i hate bowles as a DC i think that was the biggest mistake made. don't really care much for goodwin at OC either. too much bringing in people from an eagles defense that ******* sucked last year, especially when you compare it to horton's defense. i'm meh on arians as the HC, the cards basically got shafted and stuck picking from the scrap heap and did as best they could i guess. they should have just made horton the HC and picked up a strong OC instead.

well Arians and Moore will certainly be running the offense, Goodwin is just a glorified OL coach imo
Arians was my #3 option behind McCoy & Kelly for what its worth
plus Horton's OC would have been Kirby Wilson RB Coach for the Steelers
simply put offense wins championships and Arians & Moore are much better than Kirby Wilson and whatever scrubs Horton could of gathered

The trouble with trading up this year is that this year's draft is deep and deeper and second and third round picks could be special and giving them up in a trade could prove costly.
Fisher also could now go top 5 or 6 with Detroit being a possibility if Backus retires.
Drafting Wilson would be a wasted pick, he's got flop written all over him, Glennon or Backley are far better options although I don't really like either's chances for success. Probably signing Alex Smith is the best option and continue to build the team till a real quality QB is available in future drafts.

Hoping we got OT in the 1st and a QB falls to us/we trade up for one in the 2nd
Worst case scenario would be Lane Johnson if say the Chiefs and Eagles or Eagles and Raiders took Joeckel and Fisher, and honestly it wouldn't be the worst reach
Kinda not hating the idea of Barkley anymore my 3rd QB at this point behind Smith and Wilson

AZ wasting their time going after ST players, there is no such thing as kick returns anymore so Cribbs is useless and who cares about Lorenzo Alexander

Wouldn't mind Cason but hopefully we just don't make any long term big money signings
most of these contracts are ridiculous so far

Somers says we are near out of cap space now so here is our FA class
LB Lorenzo Alexander - Signed a three-year, $9.5 million contract. The deal contains $3 million guaranteed.
S Yeremiah Bell - Signed a one-year, $905,000 contract. The deal contains $555,000 guaranteed, including a $65,000 signing bonus.
ILB Jasper Brinkley - Signed a two-year contract.
CB Antoine Cason - Signed a one-year, $2 million contact.
RB Rashard Mendenhall - Signed a one-year, $2.5 million contract. Another $1 million is available through incentives.
CB Jerraud Powers - Signed a three-year, $10.5 million contract. The deal included a $3 million signing bonus.
DE Matt Shaughnessy - Signed a one-year contract.
QB Drew Stanton - Signed a three-year, $8.2 million contract. The deal contains $3 million guaranteed -- a $2 million signing bonus and Stanton's first-year base salary. Another $11.8 million is available through incentives.
I like the fact that none of the deals are truly long term even the 3 year ones are set up like 1 year contracts, I expect truly terrible things out of this team hopefully bad enough to get us a franchise QB(Bridgewater)
