Texas already lost. Rutgers lost, Louisville lost so they will drop. Michigan will drop.

Wisconsin beats Nebraska in Big Ten championship.
Kent State beats Northern Illinois in the MAC championship.

So if all of this plays out (it already is), then Kent State COULD hop into the 16th position.
