Just went and saw The Hobbit. I was disappointed it wasn't horrible but it was nothing compared to the original three films. A few complaints about the film firstly too much misplaced humor. I know in The Two Towers the funny bits with Gimli and Legolas I didn't have a problem with it mostly because it was contextually acceptable specially with the characters involved. In this it seemed forced almost like I was watching a Jackie Chan film at times or playing a video game. Which don't get me wrong I love Jackie Chan movies but I don't think that kind of fighting was needed. Overall I liked it didn't love it.

Ted was solid. Not the worst movie I've ever seen. A few laughs, got to see Mila Kunis quite a bit, I'm satisfied.

Watching this tonight with a growler of some fine IRA. Will likely watch the final concert tomorrow as it's ~4 hours long.

Saw it yesterday and I had the same impression. Some funny parts, but not crazy hilarious. It felt like older Family Guy kinda before it got too random and loving itself. If you like that humor style then you'll pretty much get more of the same.

Correct about Ted. So many people I know loved it and I really don't get it. The only part I thought was really funny was the flash gordon sequence.

I think they are stupid, but that doesn't mean I exclude it from my list of "Movies That Take Place During X-Mas But Are Not Actually About X-Mas."

Little known movie, Frequently Asked Questions About Time Travel. Maybe Attack The Block after. Trying to think of stuff I don't think you have seen.

I loved FAQ about time travel. The group time travel via Total Eclipse of the Heart was amazing.
