Free Agents will sign with the highest bidder. Highest bid wins after 8 hours has passed. Each new bid must increase by at least 10% annually of the previous bid. For the purposes of this mock, other factors like weather, home state, winning team or any other comfort level factor will not be used as a deciding factor. Just "highest bid" wins. Don't be an idiot about and spend a billion bucks just to land Nick Swisher. Teams will be judged in the end.
