Hey DiG, Fox is doing tapings right now for the MasterChef tryouts for season four. You should definitely try out, you seem to have a pretty refined palate, and obviously you'd have a shot at getting on the show. You seem to cook some pretty professional looking things.

I'm still upset that Yaya Toure didn't win last season.

Thanks man. Unfortunately, they arent doing any tryouts in DC and given how they do the tryouts you really need to be nearby. I've considered doing a video tryout. I think I only have a couple weeks left though to get it in.

Been having too much cream cheese, lately. Finger foods and snacks are just too good, this time of year.

Throw it in the middle right before the burger is ready I would imagine.

Just had leftover pulled pork sandwich and ribs with coleslaw. Still have pumpkin and apple pie left. American food might give me a heart attack, but **** me it's so good.

Anyone have any good crock pot recipes? Chili in particular (no beans)? Anything will do, though.

Just ate two Chicago style jumbo dogs. Love me some diced onions and relish on a dog.

since i had some wisdom teeth pulled out, can't eat much.
I made some over cooked ramen noodles, I made my own flavor.
Drain it, or leave some water if you want, add a teaspoon of salt, 1/2 tbs of butter, 2 tbs chipotle sauce and 1 tbs of soy sauce, and some olive oil, crack black pepper and enjoy.
Okay I don't know about the measurements but I added more chipotle sauce then soy. It taste good, salty, a tiny bit sweet and just enough spice. Try it, 99 cents packet won't kill you.

So easy and so good. I like to cut back a little on the jelly and add some extra heat though.
