Morris is on pace to break the single season skins rushing record as a rook and just broke the rush TD rookie record for the skins.. Value!

David Wilson is going to be really awesome when he learns to pass block.

Rich Eisen @richeisen
Let's be honest: if RG3 did what @DangeRussWilson did today, we in nat'l media would be doing backflips. Seahawks can be ROYs too

It's great to see these rookie QBs playing well, but when every rookie QB seems to play well, it kind of gets old hearing/reading "It's amazing how well (enter any rookie QB) is playing for a rookie! We've never seen anything like this before!"

All of Luck's great games have been against bad teams, but nobody cares cause Luck is god. But when the hobbit does has a great game against a bad team "it was just the bills." And this is exactly Rich Eisens point.

Be nice to the Bills :(
RG3 is the only one of the rookie QBs that we didn't play this year. Wilson was the only one that had a great game against us. And man, was that a great game by him.

Sanu - Stud and now out with a stress fracture in his foot.
Marvin Jones - Has it all. Except hands.
Orson Charles - Love it when they let this guy play.
Devon Still - Inactive for Pat Sims lately but when he did play shows the ability to collapse the pocket.
Brandon Thompson - Inactive most of the year in favor of Still.
Vontaze Burfict - Has slowly regressed. Looked pretty awful yesterday.

Zeit has been sooo friggin good for us this year, surpassing even my lofty expectations. Had a bit of a hiccup against Dallas when he gave up that sack by getting off balance but those instances have been few and far between this season. Can't imagine regretting moving down in favor of him over DeCastro in the coming years. Hell, we might have our two starting OGs for the foreseeable future.

They were so inept, especially in that first half, trying to defend the read option. In the Bills favor they don't see it in the AFC so it would have to be hard to prepare for it. Their guy on that defenses right side (Kyle Moore you say) was as lost as i've seen an NFL player, possibly ever.
Not sure the read option is going to be a trend like the wildcat or is here to stay on a regular basis. I think what makes it go is having a great inside running game like they do in towns where it is used.(Washinton, Seattle and San Francisco)
Defending the inside run leaves ends who can't stay at home vulnerable to naked runs on the perimeter by the QB. At some point the defenses will get the message that they need to put the QB on the ground in an unfriendly manner, although the way the rules are nowadays they might as well be wearing red practice jerseys.

Then good pro RBs will burn them with cutbacks. The read option will work as long as defenses have to respect pass from the qb and how much hitting teams want to subject their franchise players too. It's going to get yards if your team can run inside. Even the steelers ran it yesterday.

Quinton Coples has been spectacular lately for the Jets. Wilkerson and Coples look like a formidable DL duo for years to come. So far, Coples is mainly used in pass rush situations but he certainly is doing ok vs the run. I think it is only a matter of time when he takes over for Mike DeVito as the starter. Coples now has 5.5 sacks for the season, a boatload of QB hurries and a bunch of stops behind the line of scrimmage.
Too bad Stephen Hill has been below average so far and Demario Davis is stuck behind the aging Bart Scott, who has no business to play over him.

This Seahawks draft class has turned out great for a draft that a lot of people called the worst in the NFL.
Wilson is challenging for OROY.
Wagner is challenging for DROY
Irvin has been hot and cold, was making a case for DROY early in the year but has fallen off.
Turbine has been an excellent change of pace for Lynch.
Jeremy Lane is doing a fantastic job stepping in for the injured and suspended.

And sweezy and Scruggs contribute.
But Irvin's play has disappointed me of late. Earlier in the season he was getting close to big sacks. Now he's just speed past on every snap its not good.

Casey Hayward is already the best CB in the league.

Zeitler has been shaky (compared to how he had been) lately. But still playing great for a rookie guard. Been getting flat-footed at times.
Our 2 undrafted LBs have been great for us. Burfict and Lamur.
I think Burfict's future is at OLB as a SLB.
Marvin Jones gets better every week he sees time.
Need more Charles reps.

obviously he's not actually the best CB in the league. he should be a serious contender for DROY, though.

Kuechly is an absolute monster, perhaps already the best player on our defense. Literally everywhere on the field, his leading the league in tackles as evidence. Was out of place early on as an OLB, but looks like a franchise MLB. Well worth the pick. Who I expect and would pick to win DROY.
Silatolu looks like what you'd expect a lineman playing D-II would look like. Lots of mistakes. But he has shown improvement Hopefully experience and development will put an end to the mistakes and give us the mauler we hope we drafted.
Frank Alexander looks like a good value pick. Has played well for a rookie, is a promising situational pass rusher.
Joe Adams, meh. Nothing at all to note of as a receiver, hasn't lived up to the returning hype either. But there's still hope, at least as a returner, as he has shown flashes of his natural talent.
Josh Norman has shown obvious talent and potential, but has also made many mistakes. Needs to develop and mature.
Safety DJ Campbell who we took in the seventh round looks interesting. Has played a lot recently after being inactive the first half of the season due to injury. Hasn't played well enough to make any Panthers fan feel comfortable with the safety position, but nonetheless will certainly keep his roster spot and may develop into at least a quality depth player, if not starter down the line.
