They oughta just have All-Pro rosters go three-deep. Make it like being named an All-American in college. Players have a better chance to be honored after the season, there isn't a meaningless game to deal with, and fans can't stuff the ballot boxes. Think it would be a lot more meaningful historically and pertaining to HOF discussions and whatnot. Especially if the Pro Bowl goes away, they should just make the All-Pro rosters a little deeper and roll with that for highlighting individual seasons.

Nice to see that RG3 has been able to dupe everyone into thinking he's good. RG3 joining Marino as the only Rookies in history to be selected (i guess as a non alternate) is obviously a travesty of epic proportions since he can't read defenses and stuff. And Peyton Manning and Tom Brady over Andrew Luck? Proposterous. I mean don't these guys know that Luck is the MVP? I mean the guy reads defenses and is the best prospect ever and junk? I think we're being punked, honestly. Luck had to make it at at least one position, right?

And what's with all the Redskins snubs. Don't the voters know that they have all pro's at every position?
Roddy isn't better than Julio.

The whole "x isn't even the best y on his own team" argument doesn't even make sense. Just because one team has two elite receivers doesn't mean the second best one isn't still a pro bowler.

You can't go wrong with Roddy White or Julio Jones. Both are elite receivers and probably the best duo in the NFL.

Never said Demaryus 'made' Peyton. However I think Demaryus is an emerging elite WR in his own right and a critical weapon for the Broncos offense AND Peyton.

It's the same thing with Pierre Garcon.
I'm sure most fans thought he was a figment of Peyton Manning's offensive imagination, except the fact that the minute Garcon suited up for the Redskins first minicamp Garcon was the by far the best WR on the team.

It helps any QB to have talented playmakers to distribute the ball to.

That's why it's hard to believe Thomas didn't get selected to the PB.

I might also argue Dez Bryant over Victor Cruz.

I think Victor Cruz actually led the Pro Bowl in votes for wide receivers regarding the NFC. Over Calvin Johnson. At the same time, I can't remember when the votes were tallied. Middle of the season correct? (which is ridiculous).

Was it PFF or FO that claimed Garcon was like the worst receiver in the NFL during his tenure in Indy? Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Only problem I have is no Ryan Clark. He is having a terrific season and was really the leader of the defense most of the season.

Nice to see Heath make it, even though he won't play. He had a great year.

Ronde barber was the leading vote getter for FS and he got job Ed over Whitney and Gholdston. The niners defense is great but Barber was having a phenomenal year on a bad defense.

Kudos to Gerald McCoy. He's a great player and deserved the selection. Too many morons point to stats and the coaches ACTUAlly watched the film and noticed what he means to that defensive line. #1 rush defense with him as the anchor. He just needs the threat on the outside. Bowers and Clayborn were not healthy. And Bennett is a bit overrated as a pass rusher.

Why do some people call Dashon Goldson "Gholston"? Seen this more than a couple of times here. Don't understand the confusion.

i wish theyd scrap this and make the Non Pro Bowl. have the fans elect the worst/most hilariously inept players at each position.

Sanchez throwing to a cleveland reciever or detriot reciever other than CJ? Beanie wells trying to replicate that fraudluent three td game? any giants LB trying to tackle? way more fun than the real pro bowl
