I heard the Lomas Brown thing live. Couldn't believe a) that he would do that and b) that he would reveal it on national radio. Lost respect for him big time.

Good points.... b) is very odd don't you think? why would he admit it? seems sinister.

Looks like we get another game of Mark Sanchez and his greatness. Looks like Tebow got passed up again. lol

Dumb ass Jets. I still don't get why they traded for him. Such a piss poor move by them.

Ed Reed fined 55k for his 'hit' on Victor Cruz. Ugh.
(I kinda of hate Cruz right now too for lying on the ground and acting like he was paralyzed until the flag was thrown. I don't mind some competitive greasiness but that was some soccer **** right there.)

Rams have the chance to go undefeated in the division. I don't know how we beat Seattle this year, watching them over the past few weeks, I think we lose big time. Which I don't mind right now, just gets us a higher pick.

I'm a big Cruz fan after he went to Newtown Conn. Seems one of the young victims who was killed was a huge fan of his. Puts this other drivel in perspective.

Leinart was given the run around. He deserves to start! He should quit on the Raiders and go where he can be appreciated.

Come off it. You're just saying that because Tebow was needlessly insterted that article, too.
That said, I opened this thread to talk about Pryor starting. Does anyone here thing he'll be good? I don't.

Plus, 7-8-1 is a damn good record, I had us 5-11, and I thought I was being way too damn optimistic. So 7-8-1, I will be very optimistic. It would be nice to go 8-7-1 and undefeated in the division, but Seattle is freeking rolling and at home, it prolly isn't gonna be a good end, but win or lose, a very successful season.

I still think the Vikings have almost a 50-50 shot tomorrow at their loud place where they smacked down the 49ers this year, but this might make me wrong? >
In 9 career starts against the Vikings, Rodgers has a 114.2 passer rating, completing 202 of 286 passes (70.6 percent) for 2,458 yards and 20 touchdowns with 4 interceptions.
In his last 2 games at the Metrodome, Rodgers completed 70.1 percent of his passes for 636 yards, 7 touchdowns, 0 interceptions and a 141.6 rating.
The Packers have won 12 consecutive NFC North games and are trying to sweep the division for the second consecutive season.

Is there a scenario where the Vikings, Bears and Giants all miss the playoffs?

Great quote from Simmons:
Quote:
"You want Rock Bottom? The last time the Chiefs won a playoff game, here was the clinching play:
"Joe Montana handed off …
"to Marcus Allen …
"to beat the Houston Oilers …
"in the Astrodome …
"Oh well, at least we have the Royals."

The Last time the Bengals had a playoff win was against the Houston Oilers and Boomer Esiason was the QB. I was a year old too.

No Cobb for GB. Smart move with him being iffy anyway. Need him for either next week or ideally they get the bye and give him another week of rest
