APS, what the hell man? I loved Inglorious but Django just really did it for me and I will have to give it another watch but it may end up being my favorite Tarantino film so far.

Don't get me wrong, I thought Django was excellent, if a little long. One of Leo's better performances, but it was just a tiny bit too zany for me to rank it above Basterds.
Best part about the movie? The soundtrack. Blew me the hell away. So cool.

I saw Batman Begins and The Dark Knight the other day and I forgot how vast the discrepancies are between the two films. Gotham, in particular, is extremely different, what with the slum/monorail aspect in the first one all but eliminated in the second. Forgot how different the city just looked. Batman, too, is much more ninja-like in the first film.

Don't get me wrong, I really like Basterds but it dragged on too long in places way more than Django.

I don't remember a lot of TDK, so i plan on re-watching it at a later time. I have no moved on to TDKR, as i have yet to see that one as well. First few scenes are kinda catching me off guard, don't really know what's going on yet.

I watched the Die Hard Films last week for the first time in a while. Good stuff.
Also, finally saw Police Story, Jackie Chan's first big film. The final few minutes in the shopping mall was a big payoff for a film that was kind of bland to me throughout the majority of the running time. The humor worked better than I thought it would though.

So I had to go see it, not because you said not to but I've read all the books so I felt obligated. It was pretty lame but I've seen a lot worse.
Robert Duval is always good for a laugh. His line about the Marines always bailing out the Army was funny, if not entirely accurate.

Anyone familiar with the service Letterboxd? I've found it to be a great alternative to IMDB for tracking my movies.

A movie that came out and I didn't hear much about was Puncture. I think you would like it APS. Chris Evans is really good in it.
Four Lions is hilarious and I would recommend to all.
If you haven't seen all films by Kubrick or Paul Thomas Anderson you should do so.
Zero Dark Thirty is out online DVD quality so I would say check that out.
Killing Them Softly I found very enjoyable, much more so I think after hearing it was bad so my expectations were lowered.
This is 40 was good for some laughs and can be found online.
John Goodman is gold in Flight and makes that movie worth watching.
Either watch Primer for the first time or watch it again.
Right now that is all I can think of. I am at some point going to make a list of movies not from the last little bit that I don't hear much about but I recommend. All under the assumption that my seal of film approval is enough on its own to actually get someone to watch a movie.
